- Feel the changes in your body and with each change, marvel!
- During the pregnancy, let yourself be creative. The creating inside of you will inspire creativity.
- Talk to the baby in a soft voice. The baby can hear you.
- Prepare for the delivery by practicing breathing. The deeper the b-r-e-a-t-h-s, the more exercise for the abdominal muscles.
- Creating a life is exciting and fun. Enjoy the happy aspects.
- When you experience pain, marvel at your body’s communication with you and then deal with the pain.
- For women who didn’t want to become pregnant: acknowledge your feelings ]+* face your feelings !^# release your feelings [@+ care for your body – care for the baby – receive acts of kindness towards you = be kind to yourself.
- Drink water before a meal to help the food move through.
- Sleep during the night so that your body has strength to create life. If you have trouble sleeping, try different positions to be comfortable and stay in bed.
- At the delivery, rejoice!
