Brain power

blog

The brain is a powerhouse of actualization. Actualization is the tangible expression of living. Each movement we make–deliberate or not, each flow that carries nutrition or response, each sensation of pain or stimulation, and each moment of repair or action, is the actualization of brain-triggered living.

The brain holds sway over the majority of tangible functioning in the body. (Intangible functioning is handed throughout the body. For example, see the blog post “Where do thoughts come from”.) The brain handles sense functioning (vision, touch, and partially hearing and smell), thought retrieval and construction, movement coordination, transport of some substances, restorative actions, and catalysts for triggering actions.

The brain has division of functions based on its composition and development order. The functions include processing of thought components, coordination of physical and residual movements, regulation of organ functions, and breath consistency.

The brain, in its capacity to handle multi-augmented functionality, is continuously fed through nutritional pathways and creative connection (the creative connection is the distinguishing feature of the human brain as compared to the brains of other mammals). The feeding of the brain requires unimpaired pathways of nutrient transfer and openness to stimuli and questioning.

Nutrient transfer misfires when allergic reactions inhibit the transfer, when ingested substances cause strain on physiological digestive processes, and when water intake is insufficient to power nutrient movement. Openness to stimuli and questioning–the nutriments to creative connection–stagnate when societal restraints overtake personal expressions of joy and when internal restraints cancel the internal drive to create. Nutritional pathways and creative connection are damaged when hallucinogenic substances or morphine-like sedatives are overused.

Creative connection requires a childhood that is filled with moments of wonder and time to explore. The thoughts created in childlike wonder are the ones that lead to the most amazing expressions of creativity and awareness.

The brain provides our bodies with never-ending support, although it capabilities are affected by aging and environmental pollutants.

Each brain is different in physicality and creative connection. Like a fingerprint, the brain’s intangible uniqueness is real. The brain and its power are incredible!

Writing break or well replenishment?

waitress-clipart-waitress

Like a waitress, I have been taking orders from Spirit, faithfully writing down the messages and directives, rarely questioning the content or direction. I have written about topics that I do not understand, about current issues that do not affect me, and about viewpoints counter to my own.

I write them and I publish them for you, the readers, to contemplate and learn. The messages come through me, but they are not from me, and I learn along with you as I try to understand and assimilate their wisdom.

I have been faithfully writing down the messages and directives since I began receiving them in 2012. I have adjusted my lifestyle and goals to allow this spiritual work to flourish. This spiritual connection has filled me with amazement and gratitude, and it has led me on a path of well-being and balance.

This intense spiritual connection has also challenged my relationships and daily living. Some of you may have noticed that I have been writing less or that the messages have become more insistent. I have struggled with the intensity of  this spiritual connection, and I do not know how to embrace it as I would like. I try to shout out the wonder of it all, but my self-imposed fears prevent me from fully sharing with you all the knowledge that comes through me.

Lately I have purposely stopped my openness to receiving the knowledge. I feel it waiting for me, but I don’t let myself receive it. I know that Spirit is waiting for me to continue this vital work, but I am unable to enthuse like before. I know I will return to my strong desire to receive and share the spiritual information, and I hope this time is simply me replenishing the well and not stopping. (I did manage to finish a post that I started over two months ago. I’ll publish it soon.)

If you have questions for Spirit that you think others would want answered, let me know. Perhaps reader input will push me to receive for us like before.

The heart on a flight

heart-best friend

When we fly, our hearts fly with us.

People who are nervous when they fly cause their hearts to contract. People who are excited when they fly cause their hearts to beat faster. People who are angry when they fly cause their hearts to contract and beat faster.

People who are hungry when they fly cause their hearts to work harder. People who are thirsty when they fly cause their hearts to contract and work harder.

People who are constipated when they fly cause their hearts to feel tightness or feel antsy. People who are ill when they fly cause their hearts to feel tightness or stress or pain or spasms, depending on the source of the illness (flying when ill is hard for the body).

The best way to fly for the heart is when a smile comes easily, when excitement is tempered, and when overall health is reasonably well.

Reaction #3 to “The health effects of the latest technologies”

Heart wise

The future holds so much promise, yet our advances—the ones that make our lives more easy and predictable—are the ones that will upend the advances’ promises of better.

The advances of “smart” technologies will create entrenched changes in people that will defy treatment. Besides the effects from the smart technologies, the lessening of joyous movement by children and the withdrawal from nature will cement the entrenched changes further.

Offering young children smartphones as playthings is the beginning of the entrenched changes. The children will be affected in the eyes, in the cardiovascular circulation, in the olfactory abilities, and in the processing of emotional thoughts. The addictive draw of the screen’s amazingness pulls from the children their natural rush to move, which will affect their spinal and muscular development. The wondrousness of the screens’ offerings will lessen the wondrousness of the natural world and the children will lose their connection to the Earth’s glory, which will affect their senses of taste, touch, and intuition.

Adults who wear the smart gadgets will have less ingrained changes than the children, but if they also reduce their movement and distance from nature, then their bodies will respond unhappily. The changes depend on age, length of exposure, and time spent with other people.

Distancing from nature and lessening of movement, when accompanied by the side effects of the latest generation of medications, will exacerbate the side effects. People who take these medications require continuous connection to nature and joyous movement to lessen the side effects.

Here ends input from God about the impact of smart gadgets and medication side effects combined with sedentary lifestyle and little exposure to nature. This response relates to the blog posts The health effects of the latest technologies,  Reaction #1, and Reaction #2.

I am sad to be the bearer of this information, but I do hope that people will heed these messages of warning.

Reaction #1 to “The health effects of the latest technologies”

smart gadgets

IN yesterday’s blog post, we were informed that the latest technologies are causing new types of illnesses. That knowledge is distressing, to say the least.

I pushed for advice about dealing with the onslaught of external changes (like smartphones, smart watches, activity trackers, wearable computer glasses, and to-be-announced-soon footwear, that uses computer tracking).

In today’s blog post, we will receive advice from God about protecting ourselves from the latest invasive technologies. I know these new devices seem helpful and are appealing, but we’re being warned about their future bad effects, and we really need to pay attention–me too!

  1. Wearing computer devices is harmful. They disrupt the body’s functioning. The longer they are next to your bodies, the more harm they cause. Keep them at a distance. [This advice also applies to smartphone that are kept in pockets or in arm bands and other containers very close to the body.]
  2. Tracking steps is confused desireability. Knowing exactly how far you’ve walked or how many steps you’ve actually taken seems desireable, but the devices that provide this information will cause illnesses and changes in body functioning. Don’t use these devices.
  3. Placement of the devices is very important. The farther away from the body, the better. Keep smartphones in a container [backpack, thick waist pack, purse, or messenger bag]. When holding a smartphone, hold it for short periods of time. For children, no more than twelve minutes and no more than three times a day (no more than 36 minutes); for ages 20 and up, no more than fifteen minutes and no more than four times a day (no more than sixty minutes). For extended viewing of the screen, place the smartphone in a holder and don’t hold the holder.

A reminder from yesterday’s blog post: the younger the age of exposure to these devices, the more havoc created for the body. If you have young children, resist the pull to use these devices to pacify your children.

Communication in all its forms

Post 22-meetrings

Some communication is verbal, some is visual, some is direct, some is implied, and some is internal.

Internal communication

The internal communication is the conversation within a person’s body, when the body is notifying the person about its needs or situation. Internal communication influences all the other types of communication, because it influences people’s actions and reactions.

Ignoring internal communication can lead to illness, suffering, and poor choices.

Implied communication

Implied communication requires interest and interpretation. Cues have to be noticed and deciphered. Usually implied communication is easily missed and misunderstood.

An example of misunderstood communication is a baby crying because his feet are cramped, and the parent tries many ways to stop the crying, but doesn’t know to adjust the baby’s socks. An example of missed communication is a teenager staying silent about feelings of sadness, but exhibiting overly helpful or overly apathetic behavior, and the parent doesn’t realize the cause.

Direct communication

Direct communication is natural for babies, animals living in nature, and people who have physical impediments that restrict societally sanctioned behavior. Direct communication is truth through words or actions that is true for the person communicating them. These communications are not censored or filtered.

Direct communication is hard for people who have been conditioned to fit into society; in other words, most people above the age of 24 months have learned to filter or censor their words and actions.

Visual communication

Visual communication is through expressions and movements. Sight is not necessary for visual communication to occur, because it can be felt through touch and sound. Visual communication is often more direct than spoken communication. Children who have not been repressed visually communicate their truth until the point where societal training overrides their faith in their own judgment.

Visual communication is often more powerful than spoken communication, because it is usually more truthful.

Verbal communication

Of all the types of communications, verbal is the least reliable. It often contains manipulations, falsehoods, and assumptions. Societal training leads to these forced communication behaviors. People are trained to suppress their innate inclinations, so that they learn to talk about things that hold little meaning for them.

Verbal communication is a wonderful connector when it is used wisely. Words that are spoken with sincerity uplift the speaker, although they can be difficult to receive when the listener has an opposing conviction.

Communication within caste systems

Societal structure limits honest discourse. Societies with “caste” systems in social relationships, business structures, and civic management encourage verbal discourse that is guarded and condescending. In these structure arrangements, not all members of a “superior” group expect others to be guarded in their speech around them. This behavior is correct.

The message from spirit

Communication can be uplifting and positive when it is offered and received from a place of kindness. Even internal communication with the body can be kind.

Note: This information has been spiritually received.

Reaction #2 to “The health effects of the latest technologies”

Migraines

Medications are such a big part of our healing paradigm that it’s difficult to receive the warning in the blog post “EGC sessions with God: The health effects of the latest technologies” that the latest generation of medications “will cause changes to fundamental functioning in the body”. The warning in that blog post refers to substances that are ingested and injected into the body.

All along, medications have brought healing and side effects. They have prevented medical catastrophes and created new versions of diseases and illnesses. They have superseded the body’s healing capabilities and inactivated many of the body’s healing mechanisms. The good and the bad intertwined in the quest to be pain-free and unencumbered by illness.

Here is advice to protect yourself and your family from the undesirable effects of medications. This information comes from the connection I have with God.

  1. Cultivate your health: sing and dance; invest in friendships and family relationships; sleep enough; pay attention to your body’s signals; smile and let yourself be relaxed; eat nutritious foods and drink simple drinks like water and nature teas.

  2. When illnesses strike, allow your body to initiate healing responses. When pain is felt, breathe deeply to allow the oxygen to assist in relaxing and tranquilizing the painful area. When diseases overtake, use natural healing techniques before turning to medical intervention. When unwellness becomes chronic, examine lifestyle choices and modify them towards well-being. When aging changes your previous abilities, open to the wisdom your body is sharing.

  3. When medical intervention is required, continue to care for your body as if it has temporarily become overwhelmed. Eat the foods that heal, sleep the amount of time that heals, distract yourself with happiness, and let your body communicate with you as much as possible.

So much healing can occur without medical intervention, but we have to educate ourselves about natural healing techniques and we have to listen to our bodies. Medications and medical procedures should be used with wisdom and awareness of their potentials for healing and harming.

Advances in the capabilities to manipulate basic body functioning are large in their ability to seem like answers, when in actuality, they can be instigators of challenges yet to come.

This reaction joins with “Reaction #1 to ‘The health effects of the latest technologies’” to assist with understanding  “EGC sessions with God: The health effects of the latest technologies”.

The health effects of the latest technologies

smart gadgets

Research has begun to determine the effects of smart phones and other devices we use. The research will take time, because many of the health effects will only begin to appear in the next decade. Here’s what God has to say about the upcoming health effects:

People are creating new types of illnesses. The more they surround themselves with interference to their bodily functions, the more they change their body’s ability to know itself.

Ingested substances that replace the body’s ability to heal itself have been affecting health, and the new generation of these substances will cause changes to fundamental functioning in the body, but will not affect future generations—the changes will only be in the individual bodies.

The external changers [for example, smart phones, smart watches, activity trackers, and wearable computer glasses] will have different effects on the body, and the younger the age of initially using them, the more the changes will affect future generations. These external changers will create more tiredness syndromes, spinal pain, new forms of cancer, and cardiovascular malfunctioning. These external changers will also lower healing functioning.

Besides the effects of the ingested substances and the external changers, people who have sedentary lifestyles or have little exposure to nature will have additional health afflictions.

Health afflictions of the future will be those that are already known and new ones that will baffle the healing industry.

So everyone, there’s the information about smart gadgets’ effects on our health, with additional information about the effects of the new generation of medications, sedentary lifestyles, and lack of contact with nature.

The latest technologies are very attractive, but we have to consider their repercussions, especially on children. The next three blog posts will respond to this information with details about handling the new technologies.

Choosing a life partner

hearts-love

With so many marriages ending in divorce and so many others filled with frustration and anger, I decided to ask Spirit about marriage. (Also, my daughter recently married so I have marriage on my mind 🙂 ) Here is the answer I received:

People are meant to pair. The pairing is necessary for support in an uncertain world and for a viable environment for children. Children are more secure in a paired family.

Choosing the person who will be suitable for navigating an uncertain world requires knowing oneself. The partner should be someone who looks at life with similar hopes. Less important are skin color, religious affiliation, and sex appeal; however, devoutly religious people pair better with others who are similarly devout.

The choice of partner requires evaluation of one’s own hopes for the future and the hopes of potential partners. Physical appearance and compatible personalities narrow the choices. The partner who is chosen must make the same evaluations.

Marriage and committed devotion are equally valid in creating pairings. Marriage makes the pairings socially and legally recognized. Committed devotion is different, depending on societal expectations.

When hopes for the future are compatible, the couples can weather crises better. When hopes for the future have no common ground, crises—no matter the size—become obstacles to relationship investment. Each person must be invested in the relationship for it to flourish.

Throughout the togetherness, there will be misunderstandings, kindnesses, celebrations, sadness, expectations missed, expectations met, differences, and comfort. Those who focus on the negative aspects will be unhappy. Those who focus on the positive aspects will be secure.

Pairings that are not based on common hopes occur frequently because of societal pressures and misunderstanding about oneself. These pairings are less compatible, yet they deserve the same efforts to keep them flourishing. Common hopes can be developed over time.

No matter the reasons for pairing, each partner is active in the success or chaos that exists between the partners. Pairings that are forced are difficult to endure. Pairings that are untrue (such as homosexuals marrying heterosexuals or unions based on lies), are debilitating. Pairings are best when there is honesty in the relationships.

EGC sessions with God: Annoying interactions

annoying family

People are programmed to be themselves. Each person has a pace at which he or she is comfortable, interests that are beckoning and fulfilling, abilities to do certain things with ease, and a definite sense of justice that is individualized. No two people are the same—not even identical twins.

With all the differences in pace, interests, abilities and sense of justice, people will naturally see the world differently. This division in behavior and personality carries the possibility for endless fascination about others. It also carries the possibility for endless opportunities to be annoyed. Seeing others as fascinating or annoying is a choice.

Within families, opportunities for amazement and fascination abound. Unfortunately, many people don’t recognize these opportunities and become annoyed and want their family members to be like them.

The mother whose pace is quick expects her children to be quick too, but they might have been soulfully given slower paces. If she doesn’t recognize their different paces as acceptable, she will be annoyed and push them to be different. Depending on her insistence, her children can become anxious to please her while being unable to keep her pace or overcompensate and lose touch with their true natures. They, in turn, may become annoyed at slow people, when in actuality, they themselves are naturally slower in actions.

The father, who is fascinated by competition and thrives in competitive work environments and competitions, could be annoyed at his wife and children if their natures do not embrace competition. He can push them to be like him, and push them away or cause them to be anxious or overly competitive. His annoyance will influence their opinions of themselves and of others.

Expecting people to be like you is an unrealistic expectation. It sets you up to be constantly annoyed, and if you have influence over others, it sets them up to be constantly annoyed at you or at themselves or at others. For people who choose to be annoyed, interactions will be constantly annoying, and daily life will be filled with unhappiness and disappointment.

God pushed me to write about this topic, because annoyance is wasted energy that creates negativity and destruction.

Our world deserves better. The more we accept each other’s differences, the more we create balance and peacefulness.

ECG sessions with God: Is state-sponsored killing (capital punishment) good for the citizens?

Post 92-spiritual connection

Today’s issue is addressed in the book “Descending into War, Descending into Contempt”. Here is God’s wisdom about capital punishment:

Capital punishment is a payment that should never be extracted. No matter what another person did, capital punishment is not for people to use. Death that is deliberately meted out is improper for people to do. It creates imbalance in the people who cause it to happen—in the judges, in the juries, in the officials overseeing the event, and in the general populace.

Capital punishment has emotional side effects for the people who administer it, not for the people who receive it. Yes, those who die because of capital punishment have fears and other emotions. The side effects they don’t feel are indifference, hardening, and stonyheartedness. Yes, they may have been indifferent, hardened or stonyhearted, which allowed them to commit offenses deemed worthy of death, but their mental state before execution contracts.

The feelings of the people who participate in government-sanctioned executions, from the people who administer the deaths to the people who voted for its use, are indifferent to the enormity of purposefully administered death, are hardened to changes that have happened to them because of their indifference, and have become stonyhearted—desensitized, remorseless, and indurate [physically and morally hardened]. The full extent of capital punishment effects are not understood, but they are wide and rippling.

Judging others is appropriate. Confining some who cannot control their misanthropic behavior is prudent. Insisting upon restitution is instructional. Bringing society towards helping the offenders before they hurt others is wise. Allowing capital punishment is misguided.

EGC sessions with God: Is there a way to be fit?

shout

This question is broad and has different meanings depending on age, environment, and genetic influences. Fit at six is different from fit at sixty! Weather and proximity to nature affect fitness. Genetic predisposition to illnesses and unwellness influence fitness possibility. Birth defects affect fitness as well.

Nonetheless, this is a question I can pose to God. Is there way to be fit? Here is God’s answer:

“All animals have been designed to be functionally fit when they are well fed, well rested, and well toned. They require a home territory that is secure (to provide a place for proper rest and procreation) and challenging (to provide a place for using the instincts, intellect, and physical capabilities). Without supportive nourishment and home territory, animals will not be fit according to their design.

Humans who are nourished adequately, feel secure in their sleeping environment, have physical and mental stimulation and challenges, build comforting relationships, and listen to instinctive and internal messages, will be fit.

The ways to fitness are through satisfaction of all of those requirements. Each requirement is necessary for fitness actualization. Connection to the environment through focus on growing vegetation and concern for the other animals can overcome deficits of fitness and can contribute to life quality.

Fitness is a worthwhile pursuit for humans. It is a natural pursuit.”

When we are fit, we are living the design!

EGC sessions with God: Refugees

welcoming refugees

The issue of refugees is on people’s minds. Here’s what God has to say about refugees:

Moving from one place to another is a difficult transition. Moving by choice is filled with emotions of apprehension, sorrow, and hope. Moving under duress is sometimes frightening and often debilitating.

When the duress is expected, moving can be like moving by choice: filled with emotions of apprehension, sorrow, and hope. When the duress is sudden—caused by natural changes (like floods and earthquakes) or caused by other people—the force of the event forever affects the people who must move on, and these people require sympathy from others to adjust to their new reality.

A refugee is a person who has lost connection with family or societal identity. Even a person who chooses to move to a new area or country can be filled with anxiety and fear, like the anxiety and fear felt by a person who moves under duress. What matters is how they are received in their new places of residence.

Refugees deserve to be welcomed to their new places of residence, even if the places are temporary. People are people no matter their characteristics, and both sides—the refugees and the settled people—deserve kindness. Refugees must release deeply held attitudes and customs. Settled people must willingly offer assistance and guidance with the ways of their society, without being superior or condescending. The process of accepting one another is steeped in willingness to learn and accept.

Refugees are natural results of the changing world. Their lives are equal. No one is better than them.

ECG sessions with God: strollers—which direction is best for the children

mother with stroller

Last week I was walking in an area where a lot of parents were pushing their children in carriages (prams) and strollers (pushchairs). I noticed that most of the carriages face the parent and most of the strollers face away from the parent (known as forward-facing so that the child and parent are both facing forward).

I was curious about the impact of stroller direction on children and asked God. Here is the information that God gave me:

Children are most content when they see their parent or beloved caregiver. Strangers’ faces and quickly changing scenery overwhelm them, which can affect their sense of security and their stamina. Until the age of two, all children are more secure with themselves when they can see the person pushing the stroller. From the age of two, sensitive children are more secure facing the person pushing the stroller. Forward-facing strollers can be used when children are less sensitive and are open to change.

When choosing a stroller, please consider the spiritual wisdom we have received. It is in the interest of children’s health and balance.

EGC sessions with God

Spiritual Connection Meridian

Energy Guidance Complete (EGC) is communication with God.

Since the summer of 2012 when I became directly connected to God (see the post “My path to Energy Guidance Complete starts”), I referred to my source of wisdom as Spiritual Presence, and later as Spirit. In private EGC sessions when asked more details about my source, I sometimes meekly pointed upward or whispered discreetly, “God”.

Acknowledging the truth about my connection has been daunting. But now, almost six years later, I am more comfortable with the truth and my family and close friends have been adjusting to my changed life.

So now I’ve said it—my connection is with God!! From this point forward, no more skirting the truth. I am a conduit to spiritual wisdom from God!

It’s time for interactive sessions with God. We’d like to open the wisdom to the issues that concern you. Until now, we’ve focused mainly on health and balance and activities that create ill-health and imbalance.

If there are issues you would like addressed, write a reply to this post or a private message through my Contact page. I can’t predict the future, but I can provide spiritual guidance about many, many things.

The next post, which will be the first in the “Sessions with God” series, will explain the best type of stroller (pushchair) to use for an infant and toddler. I received this information a couple weeks ago when I was watching parents pushing their children in strollers. I was curious about the strollers, so I asked God about them. The information I received makes sense and it’s time to share it.

soul connection

See you next blog post!

Who or What is God?

soul connection

Spirit says it’s time for revelation.

There is an energy that is stirred into being by the energy that is in all living things. This energy—that runs in our bodies and in the bodies of all other creatures and in the growing vegetation—spirals into a united force that feeds into a continuously changing font of collected memory and ongoing awareness of future memory. This font is an intangible collection of spiritually charged matter. The spiraling energy enters the font, adding to its force of knowledge and energy. The font continuously collects and then returns the spiritually charged knowledge and energy back to the living creatures.

This give and take of spiritual force is the connection for the living to the font of memory of past and future. The spiritual giving from the font is felt intangibly by people in the form of the soul. The soul is the connecting link to material and spiritual existences.

The existence of the font is based on the existence of living things. The one feeds the other, and they both equally exist.

How was the font created? By a force beyond, that came from whispered existence. The whispered existence is God. God is a quiet whispering of overwhelming force that exists beyond our comprehension. We “touch” God when we open to the connection of our souls. We receive hints of spiritual greatness when we keep the communication open to our souls.

God is a real and ever existing force. Beyond us, yet connected. We are carriers of the spiritual energy that flows back and forth, back and forth.

– – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – –

God woke me in the night to receive this wisdom. I have previously received wisdom about the soul and connecting to God, and this wisdom is published in two books. Read “Awaiting Light: Understanding the Development of the Soul”  to understand the formation of the soul and our connection to spiritual beings. Read “Faith: A Wisdom Poem Sharing Spiritual Connection” to learn a path for connecting to the power of God.

God is available when we are open to the whisper.

When the Appendix prods the Heart

heart-angry

The appendix, one of the most misunderstood organs, is responsible for initiating many defensive actions in the body. Its connection to the heart is through prompting the heart to speed up when blood flow is sluggish and to slow down when wounds compromise life force (because too much blood is being lost to sustain life).

The appendix and the heart generally function independently of one another. Their tasks are complementary, yet separate. Only when blood flow is compromised does the appendix initiate heart-related activity.

For people whose appendixes have been removed, these activities are not transferred to other organs or systems in the body (unlike other healing activities that are transferred, as mentioned in the post “How does the body heal when the appendix is removed?”).

CONFUSION’s physical impact

Distracting colors

Confusion fills our lives, and some of us handle it better than others. Some of us get autoimmune diseases and some of us get psychological imbalances and some of us get cancer and some of us even get suicidal. The confusion is more destructive than we realize.

What is Spirit saying here? That confusion causes our self-destruction? Spirit wants us to know the role that confusion plays in our modern lives so that we can find ways to make them less confusing.

Modern life is filled with so much confusion, and it is getting more and more confusing as we achieve additional technological and societal advances. People today have so many choices, and the choices can overwhelm in a way that eventually translates into physical harm.

Consider the confusion in the lives of modern four-year-old children. Many children have too many toys, and having to choose what to play with can be confusing. There may be too many clothes in the closet, and choosing what to wear is confusing (nonetheless, children should choose rather than their parents). The children may go to play group, day care, or kindergarten, where the staff rotates, the number and temperaments of children is in flux, the foods offered are unfamiliar, and the choices of activities overwhelm and confuse. The afternoons and evenings can be confusing too, as the children navigate the relationships in the home—short tempers sometimes, inconsistent parenting, and tiredness. Happy times can be confusing too, as they are often filled with bending of the rules and stimuli that overexcite. Exposure to the world of smartphones and computers adds a confusion that children have never had to face—a confusion that will only be understood in about thirty years.

The confusion these children face daily can lay the groundwork for difficulty with choices, anxiety, and self-doubt. These emotional responses can cause malfunctioning in the systems that protect and nurture the body. The confusion maneuvers its way into the future lives of these unsuspecting children.

As for the rest of us past the age of four, confusion has become a subtle, and not so subtle, companion. Too many choices when choosing a career path, when planning a day, when choosing mindless time fillers and when feeding our bodies, overwhelm our ability to process information. Our bodies weren’t designed for all the stimulation that comes our way on a daily basis. The overstimulation over-occurring, day after day, is confusing for the body to process. When inadequate sleep, improper nourishment and regular use of stimulants tax the body, the confusion maneuvers its way in further, causing havoc and imbalance.

The confusion is the cause of many of today’s afflictions. It’s a hard source to blame, and an even harder source to study. It’s the modern source of new afflictions. Confusion binds with the other sources of imbalance, and dynamically increases their impact.

Confusion is confusing to understand. Spirit is sharing wisdom to help us open our minds to confusion’s place in our world. I’m very surprised. How about you?
