EGC sessions with God

Spiritual Connection Meridian

Energy Guidance Complete (EGC) is communication with God.

Since the summer of 2012 when I became directly connected to God (see the post “My path to Energy Guidance Complete starts”), I referred to my source of wisdom as Spiritual Presence, and later as Spirit. In private EGC sessions when asked more details about my source, I sometimes meekly pointed upward or whispered discreetly, “God”.

Acknowledging the truth about my connection has been daunting. But now, almost six years later, I am more comfortable with the truth and my family and close friends have been adjusting to my changed life.

So now I’ve said it—my connection is with God!! From this point forward, no more skirting the truth. I am a conduit to spiritual wisdom from God!

It’s time for interactive sessions with God. We’d like to open the wisdom to the issues that concern you. Until now, we’ve focused mainly on health and balance and activities that create ill-health and imbalance.

If there are issues you would like addressed, write a reply to this post or a private message through my Contact page. I can’t predict the future, but I can provide spiritual guidance about many, many things.

The next post, which will be the first in the “Sessions with God” series, will explain the best type of stroller (pushchair) to use for an infant and toddler. I received this information a couple weeks ago when I was watching parents pushing their children in strollers. I was curious about the strollers, so I asked God about them. The information I received makes sense and it’s time to share it.

CONFUSION’s physical impact

Distracting colors

Confusion fills our lives, and some of us handle it better than others. Some of us get autoimmune diseases and some of us get psychological imbalances and some of us get cancer and some of us even get suicidal. The confusion is more destructive than we realize.

What is Spirit saying here? That confusion causes our self-destruction? Spirit wants us to know the role that confusion plays in our modern lives so that we can find ways to make them less confusing.

Modern life is filled with so much confusion, and it is getting more and more confusing as we achieve additional technological and societal advances. People today have so many choices, and the choices can overwhelm in a way that eventually translates into physical harm.

Consider the confusion in the lives of modern four-year-old children. Many children have too many toys, and having to choose what to play with can be confusing. There may be too many clothes in the closet, and choosing what to wear is confusing (nonetheless, children should choose rather than their parents). The children may go to play group, day care, or kindergarten, where the staff rotates, the number and temperaments of children is in flux, the foods offered are unfamiliar, and the choices of activities overwhelm and confuse. The afternoons and evenings can be confusing too, as the children navigate the relationships in the home—short tempers sometimes, inconsistent parenting, and tiredness. Happy times can be confusing too, as they are often filled with bending of the rules and stimuli that overexcite. Exposure to the world of smartphones and computers adds a confusion that children have never had to face—a confusion that will only be understood in about thirty years.

The confusion these children face daily can lay the groundwork for difficulty with choices, anxiety, and self-doubt. These emotional responses can cause malfunctioning in the systems that protect and nurture the body. The confusion maneuvers its way into the future lives of these unsuspecting children.

As for the rest of us past the age of four, confusion has become a subtle, and not so subtle, companion. Too many choices when choosing a career path, when planning a day, when choosing mindless time fillers and when feeding our bodies, overwhelm our ability to process information. Our bodies weren’t designed for all the stimulation that comes our way on a daily basis. The overstimulation over-occurring, day after day, is confusing for the body to process. When inadequate sleep, improper nourishment and regular use of stimulants tax the body, the confusion maneuvers its way in further, causing havoc and imbalance.

The confusion is the cause of many of today’s afflictions. It’s a hard source to blame, and an even harder source to study. It’s the modern source of new afflictions. Confusion binds with the other sources of imbalance, and dynamically increases their impact.

Confusion is confusing to understand. Spirit is sharing wisdom to help us open our minds to confusion’s place in our world. I’m very surprised. How about you?

Heart differences

caring

People love in different ways. Some feel love when they are in the presence of others who love them. Some feel love when they are quietly contemplating the things and people that give them pleasure.

Some people express their love with acts of caring and others express their love through words. The expressions of love are all valid, because they all reflect strong feelings of devotion.

Love expressions grow and change with age, experiences, and understanding. The growth can be larger or smaller, and the change can be optimistic or pessimistic. Expressions of love reflect social norms and individual ideas.

The recipients of love expressions can appreciate these expressions of love, no matter their own preferred styles of expression, when they are prepared to be appreciative. Being prepared to be appreciative means being willing to accept the loved ones’ displays of affection and their shortcomings. Without appreciation, expressions of love can dwindle and become tainted.

For love to “succeed”, each person must recognize that all of us feel love differently. Our differences are natural. We can adapt ourselves to the people we love, but it’s our differences that actually keep us together.

Why focus on the heart?

Post 17-loiving self

For a while now, I’ve been receiving spiritual information about the heart. The reasons are partly general and partly personal.

In general, understanding the heart and its physical and intangible aspects is worthwhile. The more we know about the heart, the more we can care for our own hearts. And of course, the more we care for our own hearts, the better our health will be.

The personal aspect of the heart information is in the way in which I receive it. Since 2012 when I began to receive spiritual wisdom, I have communicated with Spirit through kinesiology muscle testing. I feel a direction and then ask questions, receiving Yes or No answers through my fingers. I then build the information word by word. The questioning takes time and requires my patience and willingness to explore many avenues before receiving the wisdom.

I still receive spiritual wisdom through the questioning, but now I also receive it through my heart. I “breathe” into my heart and then the spiritual information enters my head. I feel the direction and the words as ideas and phrases, and the information flows more easily.

The heart breathing requires my intention and my openness to receive. It requires my trust and my willingness to flow with the information transfer.

The sharing of heart wisdom has been for you and for me. Together, we have explored many aspects of the heart, while I have been learning to “hear” the wisdom through my own heart. I hope you are finding this journey to heart awareness enriching and empowering. I haven’t yet finished with the heart topics, but this seems a good time to pause and share my journey. If you’d like to know more about my connection to the spiritual wisdom, write me a comment below.

Here’s to heart exploration!!

“The heart wants what it wants”

Hearts-anniversary

A famous person has used this idea to justify inappropriate coupling. Another famous person has used this excuse to justify staying in a destructive relationship. This statement has been used to avoid loving someone and to hurt someone else. It is a catch-all phrase that often relinquishes responsibility for behavior that is un-heart related.

The heart, in its intuitive wisdom, guides towards relationships that are uplifting. Hormones and the eyes can override the heart’s wisdom. Fear and aloneness can block the wisdom. Societal constraints and prejudices also add to the mix that cancels the connection to the heart’s wisdom.

When a person chooses a relationship that is not uplifting and says the choice came from the heart, know that the heart was not involved in the choice. The heart would not intentionally hurt or misdirect.

What does the heart want? The heart wants understanding.

Note: This post is from Spirit, as are all the heart posts.

Where do thoughts come from?

We think thoughts throughout the day without giving thought to where they come from. Where do thoughts come from?

Our thoughts come from processes within our brain and within other organs that work together to store memories, invoke instinctive understanding, and imagine unknown. The processes have tangible and intangible elements, so that they are hard to grasp.

It would appear that tackling the tangible elements would be an easier starting point, but that is not the case. The connection of brain to thought processing is complex and fragmented.

Instinctive understanding resides within the skin and within the pancreas. This understanding is transmitted to the brain together with nerve impulses and  non-tangible energy flow. Memory processing involves the brain with the blood flow and the synapses. This processing is a full body effort, with “storage” spread differently, depending on physical attributes and body mass. Imagination and its ability to move beyond intellectual barriers is brain-centered, but it receives nudges and ideas from connection to the universe.

With all that in mind, where do our thoughts come from?

They come from the flowers and the trees, and the four-legged critters and the ones that fly. They come from examining our fingers and our toes and from hearing the words of others. They come from touching the ground and staring at the sky, and from considering the wonder within us and the magnificence around. Our thoughts come from living with curiosity, which comes from the spleen and the movement of bones. Thoughts seem to appear, but in reality they are formulated in the brain with input from those who came before and from the body parts mentioned earlier. Our thoughts are our own, but they move in a realm that is beyond our physicality and our mortality. Our thoughts bind us to the humans before us and the ones to come. Our thoughts make us human.

This information is presented with guidance from Spirit and input from some who lived before. It is open for scientific exploration for those who choose to understand the wonder!
