All this, and more!

Post 20

Energy Guidance Complete is not just about the writing. It’s about changing my own eating habits and strengthening my body. It’s about understanding the importance of self-care and other-care. It’s about listening to my intuition and understanding its importance. It’s about opening to the reality of spirituality. It’s about opening to the wisdom of beyond. It’s about sharing these discoveries with others.

All this, and more!

“The main thing to remember is that each life has potential,…

…and each potential bring opportunity for elevation.”

Leaves--Journey

In The Gift for Intuitive, Dedicated Comfort, the journey of life is explored.

“The path one chooses is actually many paths; each path leading into a wider and longer path. The ability to try is the key to creating a valuable life. Valuable here means creatively challenged, joyful, balanced in terms of self vs. community, and accepting of the vagrancies of nature and life events. So many tributaries feed into the river that forms and sculpts our lives. Each chance meeting; each struggle to learn something new, to hone existing skills, to push beyond; each encounter with nature; each encounter with nature’s creatures; each exchange—verbal, physical, or with divine understanding; each decision, non-decision, decision result. All these parts combine, repel, stack, and group to shape, mold, and create the people that we are.”

“…each encounter with nature, each encounter with nature’s creatures…”  Many of us tend to trivialize the importance of our encounters with the environment and with other living creatures.  “The connection to flora and fauna significantly 1) broadens and heightens understanding of cycles and fluctuations; 2) develops appreciative and inquisitive capabilities; and 3) causes people to examine and work with vegetation that aid human life and animals that enhance human existence.” from Book #3.

The photo above is my attempt at nature art. As the wind blew my collected leaves around, I thought about the need to relax expectations (I had collected 1000 leaves). The leaves were interesting to work with: varying colors, sizes, and shapes; easy to work with until the wind whipped them up; and versatile in their ability to form lines, corners, and curves.

The more we encounter nature, the more we understand ourselves.

Views for contemplation #2

The Gift of Intuitive, Dedicated Comfort is presented to help the reader understand the expectations that come with the gift of life during this current time period. People who live during this time of plenty must appreciate what they have been given. They must accept the responsibilities that come with the comforts of modern life.”

Post 18-contemplation

  • In these sentences that open the paragraph, the purpose of this book is made clear. What do you think are the gifts you have that others living, say 150 years ago, didn’t have? My personal favorite is two-ply toilet paper.
  • Consider the “plenty” in your life. Think about other cultures in our modern world that don’t have plenty.
  • Consider how to appreciate what you have. Then, devise a way to show how you “accept the responsibilities that come with the comforts of modern life.”

In the Gift for Intuitive, Dedicated Comfort, readers are advised to “read slowly and thoroughly and to understand each fragment before moving on.” The topics presented are meant to be considered thoughtfully and personally so that each reader can value the messages in a unique and relevant manner.

To help with exploring the messages, I will present views for contemplation of the topics. I’ll start with the “Introduction”, which is open to all on amazon.com.

“The more easily a person accepts the surprises that come with time and condition changes, the more easily he or she can live among other people with harmony and unity. Without harmony and unity—external through societal interactions and internal through acceptance of one’s thoughts—people live difficult and struggling lives. With harmony and unity, a person can live an elevated and fulfilling existence and can experience spiritual awareness and sustenance.”

Post 18-contemplation

  • In this paragraph, several conditions are given that assist in living an elevated life. They are acceptance and awareness and spiritual living. Are these conditions apparent from the text?
  • What are “surprises that come with time and condition changes”? Think about your own life: surprises in terms of unexpected happy and sad events or things not turning out as expected. Think about events that affect whole communities or areas. Then consider the reactions of yourself and others.
  • Consider harmonious living. Think about times when relationships felt balanced and agreeable. Think about other times when relationships felt off-kilter and grating.
  • Consider how acceptance of your thoughts enables you to move on, create meaningful and fitting relationships, and assist others.

Connections are the means–connection to Oneself, post 7 of 7

(The information in this post is from The Gift of Intuitive, Dedicated Comfort.)

“Connection to oneself enables connection to spiritual presence (see the previous post). The more one is aware of spiritual support and the availability of spiritual guidance, the more one can be open to one’s body and the body’s needs…

Post 17-loiving self

…A broken connection with spiritual presence displays differently from the other components [of health] (the physical, emotional, and intellectual). This imbalance is signaled by opposing actions: some people immerse themselves in unending search for spiritual meaning and some people pooh-pooh the spiritual search altogether. Spiritual presence is actually much easier to ascertain than many people believe. By observing nature, the actions of babies, the movement of the seasons, the shenanigans of animals, the idiosyncrasies of the opposite sex, and the idiosyncrasies of one’s own sex, a person can be filled with amazement at the complexity and richness of the world. This amazement should inspire reaching for connectedness to the energy from the true source of healing.

Nurturing ourselves is vital to our being. Finding ways to bring joy, love, movement, challenge, acceptance, patience, warmth, and balance should be pursued. These goals are our true goals; these goals align the four components of our being.”

Connections are the means–connection to Spiritual Presence, post 6 of 7

Connection to spiritual presence buoys and inspires; engenders feelings of support, protection, and well-being; guides, instructs, and gives meaning to existence.  The spiritual connection enables people to transcend their difficulties, be they physical, emotional, or intellectual.

Post 16-Spiritual Presence

Spiritual support is available to people who want it. The way to bring spiritual support into your life is to imagine having a companion accompanying and sharing life’s path. This sense of sharing and of not being alone can sustain you through difficult life events.

“Connection to other creatures elevates, deflates unrealistic opinions of ourselves as humans, and instructs. This connection enables people to appreciate the wonders of life.”

Caring for pets, supporting humane zoos, supporting centers for animal care, abstaining from using animals for decorative objects, and supporting animal habitats in the wild are important ways for humans to fulfill their obligations to other creatures.

“The more one observes other creatures, the more one can attain spiritual guidance and spiritual support.”

Connections are the means-connection to environmental conditions, post 4 of 7

(The information in this post is from The Gift of Intuitive, Dedicated Comfort.)

Connection to environmental conditions grounds, deflates unrealistic opinions of ourselves as humans, and connects us to the majesty of the universe. This connection enables people to appreciate the beauty of nature and to accept the reality of natural “disasters”.

Post 14-environment

The natural world holds many wonders, many more than people can ever create. The more one marvels at the natural world, the more spiritual and balanced one becomes.

The natural world has its rhythms and cycles, cycles of seasons and cycles of beginnings and endings. The rhythms can be felt through observing changes in time, changes in natural elements, and weather variations.

People must live within the boundaries of Earthly living, which includes planting and caring for trees and other plants; watching weather patterns and building accordingly; learning about seasons and seasonal variations of weather; experiencing weather changes—walking in the rain, feeling the wind, feeling the strength of the sun on one’s face, sweating, shivering.

Connections are the means–connection to one’s environment, post 3 of 7

(The information in this post is from The Gift of Intuitive, Dedicated Comfort.)

Connection to one’s environment extends and broadens. This connection refers to people’s involvement in their community, appreciation for needs satisfied, sense of satisfaction through work, acceptance of unfulfilled desires, evaluation of land use in a protective manner, and willingness to take on difficult tasks that better the environment…

Community Service

Community involvement is an extension of connection to the environment. As described in the previous section, people are meant to build together, to help one another, to create lives together. People who hold themselves aloof or separate from their community do so to the detriment of their own personal needs and balance. No one person has all the knowledge needed to live successfully (that is, to survive). People are designed to live in communal groups. Larger communal groups have developed, which some people may feel are alienating, but the existence of these large communal groups do not invalidate the need for community involvement. On the contrary, the larger the communal group the more critical the need to find community connection.

  • Consider the available channels for community service in your area and select one that is doable for you. Then examine your time wasters and select one or two that can be replaced by the community service. Then make it happen!

Connections are the means–Connection to people, post 2 of 7

(The information in this post is from The Gift of Intuitive, Dedicated Comfort.)

Connection to other people supports and entertains. This connection enables people to consider the needs of others, to nurture and allow to be nurtured, and to understand oneself.

Nurturing oneself and others is vital to balanced and purposeful living. People were never meant to live alone. The idea that life is elevated by depending on no other person is incorrect. People are meant to depend on one another. They are designed to work in groups: to build together, to create communities, to help one another in times of difficulty, to find common purpose, and to help those entering and exiting life.

Connections are the means, post 1 of 7

(The information in this post is from The Gift of Intuitive, Dedicated Comfort.)

The next few blog posts will focus on the importance of connections. Connections are the means to balanced and purposeful living.

  • Connection to other people
  • Connection to one’s environment
  • Connection to environmental conditions
  • Connection to other creatures
  • Connection to oneself
  • Connection to spiritual presence

These connections bring elevated, balanced, and purposeful living into a person’s reality. These connections are key for all people; no one is exempt.

Although the connections are very different, they intertwine and inform one another. The differences between the connections cause people to assume that focusing on one or two of them is enough to create a balanced life. This assumption is incorrect. Each connection is important; no connection is more important than any other.

What You need to know

One word at a time. I receive one word at a time. Spiritual Presence nudges me and I decipher information. One word at a time. I ask through kinesiology muscle testing and receive each word. Firm muscle for yes, weak muscle for no. I feel a direction—a thought pops into my head or I think about a specific person, place or situation or I sense an intention. The intention sensing is the active intervention from Spiritual Presence. I am a conduit for wisdom. It pours through my body to my fingers to the keyboard. Word after word, numbers, phrases, unknown words, unknown knowledge, knowledge known but discarded, information needing to be spread. Spiritual Presence uses me to focus people. Focus on not destroying the world. Focus on being purposeful. Focus on being non-invasive, non-resistant, and open when choices must be made. Spiritual Presence requires us to be thoughtful.

Perception can be…

“Perception is an interesting aspect of human existence. One’s perception of reality affects one’s health. A good example is through examining driving habits and attitudes. People who perceive all others on the road as out to get them tend to be more nervous, more aggressive, or more impulsive than those who perceive other drivers simply as other drivers. If one’s perception is that life will sort itself out, then usually it will. If one’s perception is that little in life is within one’s control, then that perception will prevail. Perception can be changed…”

This quote from the second book (not ready to reveal the name) is in an essay about the four components of health: physical, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual. Actually there is one more component (and I am learning about it as I write this post!): signal. I don’t yet know its purpose. Will excavate it for book #4!

Made in measuring

When a + b + c + d make cake, a, b, c, and d are ingredients that are edible. When a + b + c + d make a child happy, a, b, c, and d are possibly components of a birthday gift (gift+gift wrap+card+message on card) or event segments (visit at zoo+transport to and from+seeing a special animal+being with parent). When a + b + c + d make a home pleasant for living, a, b, c, and d are elements such as comfortable furniture, a meal at the table or kitchen counter while talking with a family member, music, and calmness in the air. When a + b + c + d make an outdoor game, a, b, c, and d can be team members, a ball or chalk, a play area, and sportsmanship.

However,

When a + b + c + d make a person feel unwanted, a might be a sense of unkindness in the air, b and c might be participants who create that sense of unkindness, and d might be an out-of-style outfit or a physical handicap or a perceived problem that actually doesn’t exist.

Each ingredient contributes and each ingredient matters. The outcome simply reflects the quality of the parcel and parts that connect for each measure of living.

Overcoming small traumas

Oblio-post3Today I took my small, sometimes aggressive, male dog, named Oblio, for his morning walk. In my community, there is an area where dogs are walked unleashed. We usually walk early to avoid meeting other male dogs. Today we walked an hour later than usual. The walk was uneventful until I noticed an unattended large dog across the street and I thought he was an unaggressive dog who my dog has made peace with. I noticed Oblio eyeing this dog as well. Suddenly the owner appeared and I realized that the dog across the street is the one who is always tied up and who Oblio dislikes and vice versa. I won’t give all the details, but I managed to attach the leash on Oblio before anything unfortunate happened. They carried on their way and Oblio and I went our way.

After this “almost” event occurred, I noticed the following feelings in my body: overall tightness, quick breathing, queasiness in my stomach, and repeated thoughts about the possible dog fight.

I stopped a moment to receive spiritual assistance and I received the following information about what to do after a small trauma:

  • Notice the physical state of your body.
  • Breathe normally (breaths don’t have to be deep, but should not be quick).
  • Think about how things turned out more-or-less okay.
  • Do movements, like a little victory dance, which will release the bodily tension.

Non-release of trauma-induced reactions can lead to physical pains, anxiety and other negative emotional states, constricted behavior, and overall reduced balance. Release enables balance and better health.

Is what I feel real?

My knee hurts. Just started hurting. Did I do something to cause the pain? Is the pain real?

Pain is multi-dimensioned. The physical dimension. The awareness dimension (acknowledging and noticing the pain). The action (taking steps to relieve, ignore, or reduce the pain) and observant (more than awareness–“seeing” the pain and connecting it to possible causes) dimensions. And if the person is conscious of Spiritual Presence, then the spiritual dimension.

Ignoring pain is mistaken behavior. As written in The Gift of Intuitive, Dedicated Comfort:

“People should be aware that their body needs nourishment, sleep, etc., but many people see ignoring the body signals (hunger, tiredness, urges to eliminate, thirst, pain) as marks of control. They think that by ignoring these “annoying” feelings, they become better, stronger people. They err in their judgment.”

Caring for the body is a personal obligation on all. Caring for the physical, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual components.

Welcome to a balanced way of living!

An inaugural hello! Welcome to Energy Guidance Complete and to a balanced way of living! Energy Guidance Complete is a method of bringing balance to one’s life through work with me, Renee Rothberg. I am able to show people their healing path, their lifestyle corrections, and their larger purpose through my connection to Energy/Presence/God. I receive guidance, which I in turn, give to those who request it. The healing does not come from me; the healing comes through me. A person does not need to believe in a Higher Power for healing to take place. By being open-minded to the possibility of… is enough.

To understand more about the wisdom of Energy Guidance Complete, a series of books, the “Existence-Me Elevated Self” books are on their way. See the page “Books“ for information about the first two books.

More to come about living a well-lived life!
