Why do we need spiritual connection?

Post 92-spiritual connection

  • We need spiritual connection because our lives are insignificant without it.
  • We need spiritual connection to help us weather stormy and difficult times.
  • We need spiritual connection when nature overcomes us with its beauty or its fearsomeness.
  • We need spiritual connection as a means to fathom life and death.
  • We need spiritual connection if we are lonely or hurt.
  • We need spiritual connection filling our lives with purpose, elevation, and reason for striving.

Spiritual connection can be found on one’s own or in a group. The main thing to know about spiritual connection is that it is available to all equally. No group has a claim on higher access to spiritual connection.

People who dedicate themselves to spiritual connection at the expense of connecting to the people around them are not living spiritual connection correctly. Spiritual connection is not an excuse for turning one’s back on the needs of other people.

Spiritual connection can be a way to understand the world around if we can see the spirituality in all living things.

Spiritual connection fills the world with beauty, drama, and interactions.

Spiritual connection is the basis for ethical and caring treatment of all living things, including people.

Spiritual connection = guidance and ability to weather the ebbs and flows of life

Post 91-spiritual connection

Spiritual connection is the given; not believing is the fashion. To not believe is in; to believe is kept quiet.

To acknowledge belief in a spiritual presence is hard for many people, even if they believe. Those who don’t believe, don’t believe loudly and look down on those who do. Even those who are vocal about their connection are often uncomfortable when the don’t believers question them.

For those who want to believe, but are unable to connect, here is what the connection can do for you:

  1. Connection to spiritual presence can engender feelings of well-being, “even when the life we have created or received seems incorrect.”
  2. Connection to spiritual presence can support when life is daunting. “A person who has a sense of spiritual presence will weather the ebbs and flows of life more confidently, more peacefully, and less daunted than others who question spiritual presence.
  3. Connection to spiritual presence provides a sense of fitting into something beyond ourselves. “Yes, there is meaning in our lives and in our existence, but humans cannot fathom it. That doesn’t mean that you should stop the search; rather, be satisfied with the answers you find.

“Spiritual support is available to people who want it. The way to bring spiritual support into your life is to imagine having a companion accompanying and sharing life’s path. This sense of sharing and of not being alone can sustain you through difficult life events.”

All quotes are from The Gift of Intuitive, Dedicated Comfort.

At the top of the stairs is Spiritual connection

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA

Yesterday’s blog was about Spiritual connection. Not sure if that was clear. It was not clear to me until I asked—so I guess I cheated :-). It’s nice to be connected to the Teacher.

From Pond a Connected Existence:

“In The Gift of Intuitive, Dedicated Comfort, steps are provided for connecting with spiritual presence. They are as follows:

‘…observing nature, the actions of babies, the movement of the seasons, the shenanigans of animals, the idiosyncrasies of the opposite sex, and the idiosyncrasies of one’s own sex’.

The passive observation of others and of nature cause analysis, cause consideration of seemingly incongruent and inconsequential subjects, and cause rumination on creation, on the wonder of life, and on how incredible the world’s creatures can be.

Spiritual presence exists in all aspects of nature….”

The list above is the way for people who are doubting to get connected. Doubting is in vogue in our generation, but it is not how people were in the past. When people were more connected to nature, they were simply more spiritual.

If you want to connect and feel you aren’t, start now. To quote again from Pond a Connected Existence:

“Each person has a connection. The awareness of this connection is influenced by societal beliefs and by individual faith and sense of relating to natural elements of life. The awareness is felt in many ways: intuition, gut feelings, sense of security or buttress or admonishment, hearing a voice or a whisper or a sense of a voice, vibrations throughout the body, flashes of knowing or of understanding, through slenderpointed dreams, constant feeling of clear direction, flash of inspiration or clarity, signals of peace, or awareness of future priorities caused by glimpses of Next.”

Wishing you an easier climb up the stairs.

Spiritual Presence

Post 56-spiritual presence

Spiritual Presence was once a normal consideration in a person’s life. When people were more connected to nature, they naturally felt a connection beyond. In today’s world, our disconnect from nature has disconnected us from the natural connection to Spiritual Presence.

Here is information about Spiritual Presence from the chapter “How to Connect to Spiritual Presence” in my book, Pond a Connected Existence:

“The awareness [of connection to Spiritual Presence] is felt in many ways: intuition, gut feelings, sense of security or buttress or admonishment, hearing a voice or a whisper or a sense of a voice, vibrations throughout the body, flashes of knowing or of understanding, …, constant feeling of clear direction, flash of inspiration or clarity, signals of peace…

And from the chapter “Connections” in my book, The Gift of Intuitive, Dedicated Comfort:

“Spiritual presence is actually much easier to ascertain than many people believe. By observing nature, the actions of babies, the movement of the seasons, the shenanigans of animals, the idiosyncrasies of the opposite sex, and the idiosyncrasies of one’s own sex, a person can be filled with amazement at the complexity and richness of the world. This amazement should inspire reaching for connectedness to the energy from the true source of healing.”

Spiritual Presence is available to all, when the populace let themselves be open.

What’s this all about?

To understand the purpose of this blog, look at the new “The Wisdom” page.

I understood some of my tasks. I understand better now.

Spiritual Presence is available to you if you are open and willing to be moved.

Post 45-what for

A quick thought for the weekend

Post 25 Logo

I haven’t yet written about the Energy Guidance Complete sessions that I hold for people.  The work is fascinating! I receive the information that individual people need to overcome illness, make decisions, plan for the future (but I don’t predict things in the future), balance, and find their purpose(s) in life. Along the way people can lose weight, gain energy, and even connect to Spiritual Presence! Very cool! I feel honored to do this work. And I love what it has done for me.

One more thing, I really like my logo. (Thanks, Ava.) The “dance” in Guidance brings out the movement in the word.

Existence-Me Elevated Living book series—What kind of name is that!

Post 24 Existemce-Me

Here is the history of my writing.

After I realized my connection to Spiritual Presence, I wrote a set of handbooks for healing. I will write about them another time.

When the handbooks were completed, I had a break of about two weeks and then I began to feel that more writing was needed. The first topic I wrote was “Connection of the Four Components of Health”. I didn’t know what this information would be for, but I wrote down what I received. After that, information for the topic “Luck! What Luck?” came to me, then “How to Connect with Spiritual Presence”. By this third topic, I understood that I was writing a book. These topics were the beginning for The Gift of Intuitive, Dedicated Comfort.

As I neared the end of The Gift…, I started to receive information for another book. That’s when I began to understand I would be writing a series. It took me awhile to work out the name of the series, and when I did, it didn’t quite speak to me. But it is the title I received and so I used it.

As I completed the third book, I received the meaning of the book series name. So here it is:

Existence-Me: me, myself and all the grandeur that is available for me to embrace!

Elevated living: living with the knowledge that my actions can raise not only myself but also those around me and those to come!”

All this, and more!

Energy Guidance Complete is not just about the writing. It’s about changing my own eating habits and strengthening my body. It’s about understanding the importance of self-care and other-care. It’s about listening to my intuition and understanding its importance. It’s about opening to the reality of spirituality. It’s about opening to the wisdom of beyond. It’s about sharing these discoveries with others.

All this, and more!

Connections are the means–connection to Oneself, post 7 of 7

(The information in this post is from The Gift of Intuitive, Dedicated Comfort.)

“Connection to oneself enables connection to spiritual presence (see the previous post). The more one is aware of spiritual support and the availability of spiritual guidance, the more one can be open to one’s body and the body’s needs…

Post 17-loiving self

…A broken connection with spiritual presence displays differently from the other components [of health] (the physical, emotional, and intellectual). This imbalance is signaled by opposing actions: some people immerse themselves in unending search for spiritual meaning and some people pooh-pooh the spiritual search altogether. Spiritual presence is actually much easier to ascertain than many people believe. By observing nature, the actions of babies, the movement of the seasons, the shenanigans of animals, the idiosyncrasies of the opposite sex, and the idiosyncrasies of one’s own sex, a person can be filled with amazement at the complexity and richness of the world. This amazement should inspire reaching for connectedness to the energy from the true source of healing.

Nurturing ourselves is vital to our being. Finding ways to bring joy, love, movement, challenge, acceptance, patience, warmth, and balance should be pursued. These goals are our true goals; these goals align the four components of our being.”

Connections are the means, post 1 of 7

(The information in this post is from The Gift of Intuitive, Dedicated Comfort.)

The next few blog posts will focus on the importance of connections. Connections are the means to balanced and purposeful living.

  • Connection to other people
  • Connection to one’s environment
  • Connection to environmental conditions
  • Connection to other creatures
  • Connection to oneself
  • Connection to spiritual presence

These connections bring elevated, balanced, and purposeful living into a person’s reality. These connections are key for all people; no one is exempt.

Although the connections are very different, they intertwine and inform one another. The differences between the connections cause people to assume that focusing on one or two of them is enough to create a balanced life. This assumption is incorrect. Each connection is important; no connection is more important than any other.

What You need to know

One word at a time. I receive one word at a time. Spiritual Presence nudges me and I decipher information. One word at a time. I ask through kinesiology muscle testing and receive each word. Firm muscle for yes, weak muscle for no. I feel a direction—a thought pops into my head or I think about a specific person, place or situation or I sense an intention. The intention sensing is the active intervention from Spiritual Presence. I am a conduit for wisdom. It pours through my body to my fingers to the keyboard. Word after word, numbers, phrases, unknown words, unknown knowledge, knowledge known but discarded, information needing to be spread. Spiritual Presence uses me to focus people. Focus on not destroying the world. Focus on being purposeful. Focus on being non-invasive, non-resistant, and open when choices must be made. Spiritual Presence requires us to be thoughtful.
