Cycles

Picturing ourselves as individual cycles in the billions of cycles that are people is one way for us all to feel part of the same flow of life.

Here is a poem from Connection that shares this idea:

infant

Feeding a baby, nourishing his or her tiny being, filling the body with enzymes and protein and carbohydrates and more.  And antibodies. Antibodies to protect from the usual invaders and from the unexpected infiltrators. Antibodies to strengthen and to stabilize.

Mother’s milk nourishes the baby, adds protection to the baby, and binds the baby to the mother. Breastfeeding is all-in-one caregiving—food, warmth, and love all combined and all so easily delivered.

The newly born human body is designed to obtain first nourishment from the mother’s milk. The human body is designed to respond to cuddling with the mother as she breastfeeds her helpless infant. The human desire to protect and nurture burst out of the mother as she cradles her infant and satisfies the infant’s hunger. The two feel one another and are enclosed in an intangible circle of caring. The father, or other partner, can sit close and touch each of them to be a part of this intangible bonding.

The mother is designed to nourish and protect her baby, and no artificial “mother’s milk” can replace the mother—no matter what manufacturers and pushers of formula say. Pushers of “no need to nurse” are ill informed or want money. Mother’s milk is superior in all ways and cannot be supplanted.

In a very few cases, a mother is unable to nurse her baby, but those cases are very few. Even an infant who is born prematurely and is sustained in neonatal intensive care units should be nourished with mother’s milk and then moved to the breast when developed enough to be nursed.

Advertising that causes a mother to doubt her ability to nurse her infant should be discontinued. Unfortunately, many people are employed to encourage women and their support groups to think of breastfeeding as a like-to-have but not as a must. Even though the best is what has come naturally, the best is downplayed in order to sell not-even-second-best.

Breastfeeding is all-in-one caregiving—food, warmth, and love all combined and all so easily delivered!!

Note: The information presented here is spiritually received and not scientifically determined, although many studies have proven the importance of breast milk for infants.

mother and baby

I was fortunate to deliver three healthy babies. After the second delivery, my baby was fed formula in the hospital (unbeknownst to me) and he wouldn’t nurse properly. On the second day in the hospital, I became angry and sad, and when I found out about the formula feedings, I hit the ceiling and created quite a scene at the hospital. They stopped feeding him the formula and I began breastfeeding him exclusively. I was still angry and sad, and blew up at the head doctor on the third day. Within two weeks of going home, I returned to a more stable state.

I mention this episode in my life, because it bordered on postpartum depression. I had hints of this depressive state, and I can vouch that it is best avoided.

Here is what Spiritual Presence has to say about postpartum depression:

  • Not breastfeeding the baby can contribute to postpartum depression.
  • Not holding the baby during the first 24 hours of life can contribute to postpartum depression.
  • Not speaking to the baby at regular intervals during the first 36 hours of life can contribute to postpartum depression.
  • Not hearing the baby regularly during the first 40 hours of life can contribute to postpartum depression (does not apply to deaf mothers).

After the first few days of life, additional factors can contribute to postpartum depression:

  • Insufficient sleep
  • Insufficient water intake
  • Insufficient time with the baby

If all of the above factors do not take place, postpartum depression can set in because of these factors:

  • Consumption of too much sugar
  • Too much activity that overwroughts the mother

After two weeks, postpartum depression can still set in because of this factor:

  • Cruel words by a loved one to the new mother

A new mother, whether the baby is her first or her fifth, is mending physically, emotionally, and realistically (adjusting to her new reality). Ensuring that the things listed above don’t happen is the best defense against postpartum depression.

fetus

Here is what the fetus “feels” according to Spiritual Presence:

  • The mother’s laughter
  • The mother’s tears
  • The mother’s relaxation
  • The mother’s enrapture at delightful smells
  • Quiet focus from the mother, including speaking and singing
  • The mother’s excitement when seeing someone she loves
  • Gentle massage of the sides of the mother’s belly
  • The mother’s heartbeat
  • Rhythmic movements of the mother performed in meditative state
  • Urgent communication from the mother (for example, when the mother feels a strong bodily urge)
  • Desire for ownership by the mother, when the desire is felt insistently (even the desire for a strawberry at a farmers’ market can be felt by the fetus if the mother really wants the strawberry)
  • Intense feelings of love (not just from the mother)

The fetus takes in all of these “feelings” and they nourish the fetus’s sense of belonging.

Pregnant Renee

Here is the information that Spiritual Presence wants all pregnant women to know.

  • Feel the changes in your body and with each change, marvel!
  • During the pregnancy, let yourself be creative. The creating inside of you will inspire creativity.
  • Talk to the baby in a soft voice. The baby can hear you.
  • Prepare for the delivery by practicing breathing. The deeper the b-r-e-a-t-h-s, the more exercise for the abdominal muscles.
  • Creating a life is exciting and fun. Enjoy the happy aspects.
  • When you experience pain, marvel at your body’s communication with you and then deal with the pain.
  • For women who didn’t want to become pregnant: acknowledge your feelings ]+* face your feelings !^# release your feelings [@+ care for your body – care for the baby – receive acts of kindness towards you = be kind to yourself.
  • Drink water before a meal to help the food move through.
  • Sleep during the night so that your body has strength to create life. If you have trouble sleeping, try different positions to be comfortable and stay in bed.
  • At the delivery, rejoice!

dairy products

Lactose intolerance is ostracizing in a society where dairy is venerated. Dairy is a major meal source in some countries, and the inability to eat dairy products causes inconvenience and misery. Dairy products can be ingredients in seemingly non-dairy products so that inconvenience and misery increase because of confusion about other foods.

Let’s look at how lactose intolerance applies to a baby:

A developing fetus grows through the stages of not-able-to-receive towards able to receive. The earlier in the development, the less a fetus can process. Each stage brings ability to recognize and direct flow. Movement of liquids and movement of impulses encourage the growth, and development occurs in patterns of connection. Seemingly disconnected parts and systems are actually connected because of the patterns of development.

A baby receives the nutritional requirements that were created for him or her. A baby with lactose intolerance either has missing galactose processing or incomplete development of the digestive system. A baby who has missing galactose processing will display rejection of dairy products immediately after ingesting them. A focused caregiver will notice this rejection. A baby who has incomplete development of the digestive system will have symptoms less clear, but there will be symptoms because of the connected patterns of development. A focused caregiver will notice distress, but not necessarily understand the cause.

A clear rejection of dairy, when heeded, will prompt the cautious caregiver to remove dairy products from the baby’s diet. If dairy is not avoided, the baby will suffer cramping and loneliness. An unclear rejection of dairy when undiagnosed will develop more intense symptoms if dairy is not excluded from the diet. If diary is excluded from the diet, the incomplete development of the digestive system will continue its maturation, and the inability to assimilate galactose often ends.

Sensitivity to assimilation of galactose can begin in utero or when the digestive system does not mature. This sensitivity cannot be prevented when it is caused by in utero developmental activity. It can be prevented in an immature digestive system if the baby is free of dairy until the digestive system is mature.

Seemingly healthful nutrition provided by dairy products becomes destructive for those with sensitivity to galactose. Awareness by caregivers when dairy is introduced into the baby’s diet is very important. A mother who feeds her children the foods eaten in her society can be feeding without awareness of the needs of her children. Dairy products are eaten and so the children are fed them. As with other foods that are carefully introduced, dairy products should be too.

Many societies thrive on nondairy foods, so inability to eat dairy products does not a disaster make. A disaster is feeding a child food that makes him or her unwell.

Introducing dairy products with care is a way to check for lactose intolerance. The slightest discomfort should indicate an issue that needs notice, and the dairy should be stopped until the discomfort is understood or passes. Careful observation is needed at this stage.

Lactose intolerant pregnant women do not need to worry about consumption or non-consumption of dairy during pregnancy because it has no effect on the baby. A pregnant woman influences her baby’s development in many ways, but her consumption of dairy is not one of the ways (unless the dairy makes her ill because she is lactose intolerant, and then she is unable to nourish herself properly.)

empty-wine-glass-md

Moderate drinking during pregnancy? Wine? Beer? When celebrating? When depressed? With food? Instead of food? To celebrate the news? After seeing the first ultrasound? To forget the overwhelming physical changes? To get in the mood? To feel separate from the baby?

Doctors suggest non-consumption of alcoholic beverages during the entire pregnancy. Scientific tests are territorily bound, and what one study says in one country differs from a study in another country. The effects of drinking too much alcohol are well known. This post is about alcohol in relation to the baby and the mother’s responsibility for his or her care.

Reasons for drinking alcoholic beverages abound. To drown one’s sorrows is generally not a good idea, pregnant or not. To release good sense is definitely not a good idea, pregnant or not.

The fetus receives nourishment from the mother, and alcoholic beverages contribute to the contribution. The nourishing aspects of alcoholic beverages are minor, so from that point of view drinking alcoholic beverages is not helpful to the baby. The baby needs ongoing support, and the more the support is given with awareness, the further the mother can protect her baby.

The mood of the mother is important. Her excitement and her fears contribute to the nourishment of the baby. A celebratory drink to acknowledge the baby forming inside her body neither harms nor helps the baby grow. Using alcohol to get through life, whether to forget the pregnancy or to ignore the responsibilities of pregnancy, influences the baby depending on the amount of alcohol consumed and the amount of food eaten while the alcohol was consumed.

A woman chooses her actions based on her knowledge, her support system (partner, family, and friends), and her society. If her society condemns drinking during pregnancy, she is best off sustaining because of guilt feelings. If her society accepts drinking during pregnancy, she imbibes with the backing of her society.

Alcoholic drinks should not be pushed on a pregnant woman, and neither the father of the baby nor any other supporting person should encourage her to drink. Alcoholic drinks and other substances that induce detachment from the fetus growing inside of her should be limited by the mother and those around.

baby with cigaretteAn unborn child whose mother smokes tobacco while she is pregnant is a first-hand, once-removed smoker. The unborn child receives the smoke into his or her body, and the smoke strains the life of the child. The damage to the fetus is well-documented scientifically. This blog post is added to explain who is being strained.

The fetus is a feisty being, developing and layering into the child he or she will become. This to-become being absorbs physical, emotional, and nurturing inputs from the mother. The absorption stresses in the presence of tobacco smoke. Obviously, smoke is not entering the fetus, but the smoke triggers changes in the inputs that mimic a smoking being. Tiny smoking fetus is subjected to all the carbon monoxide and nicotine and pesticides and nickel and other damaging ingredients that the mother is subjected to, but the fetus cannot refuse the smoke. The basketful of harmful substances are given to the unborn child, and the unborn child receives them protestingly by changing his or her development.

The changes in development remain with the person throughout his or her life. They cannot be undone.

Tobacco smoke is encompassing: it encompasses the lung capacity and it encompasses the excuse-making capacity.

In my previous post, “Celiac—Disease or Clue?”  https://energy-guidance-complete.com/2015/12/10/celiac-disease-or-clue/ , the resistance to gluten proteins is presented as a balanced state:

“Celiac is the balanced state for some people. Why? Some people’s systems are formed with resistance to substances because of their mother’s contributions and because of their own physical makeup.

A pregnant woman who has opposition in her body to the fetus opens the fetus to resistance to substances. This opposition is complex and does not mean that she is opposed to being pregnant. It means that she has physical and intangible disharmony with the fetus. The physical disharmony can come from the physical impact of the pregnancy on her body or from external substances. The intangible disharmony can come from hormonal upheaval (also causes physical impact) and from turmoil caused by internal struggles (emotional, intellectual, and about the child).”

Once resistance to gluten proteins becomes part of a person’s physical definition, the only way to protect the body is to avoid eating foods containing gluten.

Prevention requires modifications in the foods and approaches to the pregnant state by the pregnant woman. There are three preventative steps that lessen the likelihood of gluten resistance:

  1. Reduce the consumption of foods containing gluten, especially foods that puff up: bread, rolls, bagels, pita, crackers, pretzels and other wheat-based snacks, cake, cookies, doughnuts, scones, muffins, pancakes, and pizza. The reasoning:

“The increase in gluten sensitivity has occurred because of physical disharmony from external substances. Food enhancers that are added to wheat products, when eaten by pregnant women, “nourish” the fetus in adverse ways. The food enhancers create sensitivities to gluten when other protections are not in place. Disharmony in the mother (physical and intangible) is fragmented in its effects on the fetus, and if food enhancers are eaten at a time when disharmony occurs, gluten sensitivity will be instilled.”

Because the timing of the gluten-resistance creation is different for each woman, avoiding these food products as much as possible is the best advice, especially in the second and third trimesters.

Foods containing gluten that can be consumed in somewhat larger amounts during pregnancy are foods that don’t puff up: pasta, tortillas, cereal, pie crust, and oat products.

  1. Protecting against internal struggles can be done by encouraging intellectual development on topics other than the pregnancy and childcare. (This suggestion does not imply that the topics of pregnancy and childcare should not be studied; rather, that intellectual development during pregnancy should be varied.)
  2. Feel the internal changes during pregnancy and be amazed at the wondrousness of the body.

Making these suggested changes does not guarantee that the infant will not have celiac, but they can significantly reduce the possibility, especially the first suggestion.

Sensitivity to gluten meaning? Disease treatable?

Words have been left out of these two sentences to mimic the creation of the celiac disease. A disease is an adversely affecting, function-threatening stopping of systems in the body. As long as the systems haven’t stopped, germs or weaknesses that take hold in the body can disturb, but they are not diseases. The word disease is used to describe body disturbers, from gingivitis to cancer. They should be called body imbalancers instead. When balance is restored, the imbalancers halt their hurtful movement.

Is celiac an imbalancer? It does disturb various systems in the body, but its hurtful movement is halted by nonconsumption of gluten proteins, which means that it is always present. It is hibernating, but not halted. Celiac is not an imbalancer, because it is part of the balanced state for some people.

Celiac is the balanced state for some people. Why? Because some people’s systems are formed with resistance to substances because of their mother’s contributions and because of their own physical makeup.

The intangible disharmony can come from hormonal upheaval (also causes physical impact) and from turmoil caused by internal struggles (emotional, intellectual, and about the child).

The sensitivity to gluten proteins has been a possibility in communities in which gluten is consumed for its filling quality. In these communities, pregnant women react differently to the proteins in gluten than when they are not pregnant. These reactions, together with the other physical changes and other causes of disharmony, influence the fetus’s sensitivity to gluten.

The increase in gluten sensitivity has occurred because of physical disharmony from external substances. Food enhancers that are added to wheat products, when eaten by pregnant women, “nourish” the fetus in adverse ways. The food enhancers create sensitivities to gluten when other protections are not in place. Disharmony in the mother (physical and intangible) is fragmented in its effects on the fetus, and if food enhancers are eaten at a time when disharmony occurs, gluten sensitivity will be instilled.

Sensitivity to gluten existed before the proliferation of celiac. What has changed is the presence of food enhancers in wheat products. Addressing the contributor that can be changed is the main step in lessening celiac responses.

Pain-no

Our bodies are constant communicators.

______________

Here’s the message: pain has reasons. Pay attention and care for your body before it rebels.

______________

Here’s the explanation:

Aches, pains, urges, dizziness, and intuition are some of the communication devices. Feelings of satisfaction and comfortable exertion announce states of comfort. Fatigue, turning inwards, and explosions of boiling announce states of upset. Nausea and weakness transmit helplessness. Feelings of myself (no special physical sensations) and unawareness (of other physical sensations) convey self-realization (here, self-realization means being or doing in an absorbed or forced fashion).

pain

Subtle, intimate messages convey alerts for physical, emotional, and unsettled states of the body. The urges to perform daily physical actions start with subtle messages. Slight rumbling in the abdomen calls for attention to needs for nutrition. Urges to urinate and defecate are less subtle after sleep, but are more subtle when attention is focused on other activities. Mild pain in the back or legs conveys the need to move around. Yawning can signal tiredness or disinterest.

Louder messages are conveyed through less subtle means. Gnawing feelings in the abdomen shout for food intake. Leaking or spasming shout for attention to relief from waste materials in the body. Inability to move parts of the body shout for care of the affected body parts and the need to move more. Inability to focus shouts the need to change activities or to sleep.

Ignoring subtle messages can lead to the inability to care for one’s body. The body will actually give up the subtle messaging system and will work in distress mode until relief comes or relief doesn’t come and breakdown begins to occur.

Treating needs of the body with the wrong remedies contribute to the inability of the subtle messaging system to work. Examples: Drinking coffee late at night instead of sleeping upsets the body’s rhythms. Late night shift work after a day of not sleeping shuts down some functioning.

When pain is felt, a pain reliever is not the answer unless the pain reliever involves release of pain through natural or gradual means. Pain relievers that alter the communication between the body and the person are last resort options. The pain means that the body itself fights with itself—self-conflict with no winners. Relieving pain requires listening to the body’s subtle and not-so-subtle messages and relieving the body of its conflicts.

Message: the body is designed to function with proper care. Care for your body, listen to its messages, and go!

Spiritual Connection Meridian

The Spiritual Connection meridian connects people to spirituality. The connection is subtle, but is needed. Connection brings comfort at emotional and physical levels, clarity about choices, awareness of others, and acceptance of change. Connection is desirable.

The two previous posts explained the need for this new meridian: https://energy-guidance-complete.com/2015/11/26/the-spiritual-connection-meridian/ and https://energy-guidance-complete.com/2015/11/29/the-spiritual-connection-meridian-connection/

(All meridians have mapped pathways of energy. They are associated with organs in the body and with supporting functionality. For example, there are meridians associated with the heart, lungs, stomach, and circulation [among others].)Spiritual Connection Meridian movement

The Spiritual Connection meridian is associated with the appendix. The appendix is called into play when the body needs healing. The appendix is an accessory organ that has resisted explanation. Connection to the spiritual realm is one aspect of appendix functionality. The appendix initiates healing responses when the body’s normal healing functionality is overwhelmed, and these responses can include spiritual self-questioning.

A body that has been dispossessed of its appendix has lessened its ability to heal naturally, but does not lessen its ability to spiritually self-question.

The Spiritual Connection meridian sustains when other meridians are overtaxed. The Spiritual Connection meridian uplifts when self-dislike sets in. The Spiritual Connection meridian releases when confusion overwhelms.

Working with meridians requires training and experience. Working with the Spiritual Connection meridian requires permission. A healer who wants to acquire the knowledge to use the Spiritual Connection meridian must undergo a permission spiritual test. A healer can use the meridian as a healing technique after self-healing has accomplished forgiveness. The Spiritual Connection meridian is effective as a healing technique in the hands of a healer who has forgiven.

Spiritual Connection Meridian

The previous post explained the need for this new meridian: https://energy-guidance-complete.com/2015/11/26/the-spiritual-connection-meridian/

In this post, we’ll look at the meridian’s relationship to energy and religion.

The Spiritual Connection meridian has spiritual energy. Unlike other meridians, it is neither yin nor yang and neither male nor female. The energy of this meridian spirals outwardly from the back fontanel of the intangible opening to spiritual energy. (To rephrase, the skull has a sutured area that is open at birth and closes a short time later. The opening and closing of this area, which is called the back or posterior fontanel, is a physical part of the body. It is also the intangible opening to spiritual energy: communication from the soul to Spiritual Presence occurs here.)

Spiritual Connection Meridian movement

The Spiritual Connection meridian has significance for world religions:

  • In Judaism and Islam, it is connected to God.
  • In Christianity, it is connected to the Holy Trinity.
  • In Hinduism, it is connected to the elements air and aether.
  • In Buddhism, it is connected to the element air.
  • In other religions, the connection is to high sacred sources.

The Spiritual Connection meridian is not connected to the five Chinese elements (fire, earth, metal, wood, or water), but is connected to qi (air and breath).

As I mentioned in the previous post, the Spiritual Connection meridian is only known to me at this point. The time has come to share it, and I am writing about it in hopes that some of you blog readers know healers who would be interested in expanding their healing abilities. The Spiritual Connection meridian is too important to be kept quiet. I must share it.

Thank you.

Spiritual Connection Meridian

Connecting to spiritual wisdom was once a natural part of living. When people were attuned to nature and to cycles, they were aware of spiritual involvement in their lives. Scientific discoveries, technological advances, and urbanization distance people from spiritual interest.

The sophistication of society through discoveries and advancements changes living conditions, but not human nature. People need spiritual connection to live fully. A balanced life requires emotional and physical well-being, intellectual stimulation, and spiritual pondering.

Healing through balancing of intangible meridians is the basis of ancient techniques for well-being. The meridians correspond to organs and systems in the body. The meridians balance the corresponding organs and systems when the meridians are utilized. Healing comes from physical and intangible manipulation of the body, and meridians provide direct intangible access to health.

A new meridian has become necessary because of the distancing from spiritual existence. Its necessity is a result of the reliance on science, technology, and rejection of spiritual partnership. This meridian, the Spiritual Connection meridian, is now revealed as a healing balance in a world that has distanced from spiritual energy.

I learned about this meridian from Spiritual Presence when I began my journey into Energy Guidance Complete. I recorded its path and its attributes, and began using it to help people with physical and emotional ailments.

friendships

I recently returned from a reunion for my husband’s youth group class. Many years have passed since these people were together, but the years fell away and the friendships were rekindled. The reunion reminds me of the following poem from the book Unfolding—A Collection of Wisdom Poetry:

Where Friendship Blooms

We walked in the park
My friends and I
We talked of past joys
And we talked of old fears.

We walked in the park
Slower than before
Youthful expectation fulfilled
Again, close connections rekindled.

Laughter and sadness and
Triumphs and defeats.
Together at times, but
Separate most often.

Youth offers opportunities
To acquire friends and more friends.
Time and experiences
Test the strength of the ties.

Ties that bind and support
Through the years fray or thicken.
The ties that continue
Give comfort, health, and joy.

We walked in the park
My friends and I.

Gift of nature

“Living with compassion and with understanding lends color to life, adds substance and texture to being…‘Helping those who need help!’…Compassionately approaching, the preferred approach, relieves tension, balances health…‘Spending time with loved ones! Playing with babies! Teaching children in the customs and traditions of one’s forebears!’…pitching in, helping out, lifting up…‘Watching animals! Caring for pets! Preventing abuse of animals! ‘” – from “Oneself-Living” and “Pond a Connected Existence”

The outline of nature is the framework for connected living. The outline of nature has headings and symmetry and subdivisions. Rules and extensions bound the experience of living within the outline. Definitions and relationships fit within Nature’s outline, deviating when dramatic conferral occurs. The entirety of creatures with vegetation is a cyclical, rhythmic composition.

Connected living requires seeing the participation of all the parts. Living within the seasons and within the boundaries of the lightness and the darkness bring the body into alignment with melodious cycling of life and death. Recognizing that part of all is me brings overwhelming satisfaction and calm.

There are magical moments that occur when Nature’s outline is recognized and received!

Global Caring

Thankfulness

A poem for our times:

Generous opening to peoples afar,
Requests for notice and hopes for aid,
Caring for others outside one’s reach,
The global family cries.

Crises afar are often for leaders.
The citizen feels unable to respond.
Cries for help and cries for surrender,
The global family waits.

Regular people hurting and cowering,
Pestilence, weather, famine, or sword,
Global residents watch with worry,
The global family mum.

Can we care for peoples afar?
Can we answer their requests for relief?
Can we help and can we offer?
The global family asks.

Close-to-me worries and close-to-me upheavals,
These are the subjects that most people treat.
The worries and troubles of peoples afar
Are too far away and too heavy to carry.

The cries and the anguish of others so far
Need far-away notice and far-away care.
Those who are able to give their support
Have strength to move beyond close-to-me thought.

Can we care for peoples afar?
Can we answer their requests for relief?
We can and we ought when our abilities allow.
The global family tries.

“Global Caring” is from the book of poetry, Connection:  Cover-Connection Poetry

Another headline blares the news that a celebrity couple is divorcing because the husband slept with the nanny.

What does Spiritual Presence have to say about this situation? (I was curious, and so I asked.)

Close proximity triggers hormonal activity. That is why coworkers pair up and the frolickers at parties hook up. The hormonal activity creates desire. The situation in which a household welcomes a nanny into its midst is a fluctuating arrangement in which hormonal messaging misdirects.

When the nanny is stable in her outside relationships, the hormonal messaging misdirects, but is non-connecting.  The husband and wife might experience unintentional disturbance from the nanny, but her hormonal influence is surmountable.

If the nanny is responsive (because she is relationship-free and is desirous of attachment), the hormonal messaging that is misdirected can cause distancing of the couple. The husband and wife distance emotionally and subconsciously, and the unstable relationship requires investment to restore stability. The nanny intentionally or unintentionally upsets the balance, and she can contribute to the restored stability when she creates a relationship external to the household.

Hormonal functioning for each of the affected parties (husband, wife, nanny, teenaged children) varies depending on stage of life and cycle position: pregnancy, post-birth, lactating, menstruating, and testosterone oscillation. Each of these influences affects the possibility of nanny-husband hookup.

Understanding that hormones contribute to the travails in a relationship, helps a couple keep their marriage stable. Understanding that the hormones of an outsider influence the marriage, helps a couple choose the nanny who is being hired to care for their beloved children.
