The wisdom poem “Faith” set to music

Cover-Faith

I am honored that Diane Kaplan, who is a singer-songwriter-spiritual connector, set part of Faith— A Wisdom Poem Sharing Spiritual Connection to music.

After reading sections of the poem, she chose this section: Poem-Faith-opening to Spirit

Here is the song:

A wisdom poem “… is a poem that is dictated directly from Spiritual Presence. Each poem shares/provides/shouts a message. Each message can lead to connection and balance.”

Faith can open the possibility of spiritual connection, which can bring uplifting and expansive living. The book is available on amazon. com. Click the book title to buy it: Faith— A Wisdom Poem Sharing Spiritual Connection,

A play about zoo animals from the viewpoint of the animals

Animals in a zoo

I was asked why I wrote a play about zoo animals.

The lives of animals in a zoo and petting zoo are not usually the focus of entertainment, so a play is a good medium for sharing how animals feel. We look at animals when we visit a zoo and we may wonder about their lives, but we don’t know how they feel–until we read or watch this play. As with all my Energy Guidance Complete writing, I was directed to write Zoo Conversations so that is why I wrote it.

Here’s what the (human) Narrator has to say in Zoo Conversations:

NARRATOR:  If only we could return each animal to its natural home.
To eat and roam in freedom,
To live as designed,
With fear from natural predators,
And with contentment from natural surroundings.
But the natural surroundings are changing
Through people’s involvement.
And the natural surroundings are threatened
As are the animals’ lives.
To live enclosed is to live partially
But to live enclosed means remaining alive.
Zoos are a way of righting the wrongs.
The more we support them,
The more they can support the animals.
Please…support humane zoos.

If you would like to understand how animals in a zoo really feel, read Zoo Conversations:

A wisdom poem sharing spiritual connection: “Faith”

Cover-Faith

I have previously published two books of wisdom poetry: “Unfolding” and “Connection“. As described in both of these books, a wisdom poem “… is a poem that is dictated directly from Spiritual Presence. Each poem shares/provides/shouts a message. Each message can lead to connection and balance.”

A new book has come through me, Faith— A Wisdom Poem Sharing Spiritual Connection,  and this book consists of a single poem that directs the reader towards spiritual connection. Spiritual connection is enlightening and focusing. It might last only a few moments, but the connection can be carried back into day-to-day living.

This book is dedicated to my stepmother, Elaine Kaye-Kellner, who is proof that a stepmother can be a gift. I am thankful for her every day.

Here is an excerpt from the poem:

“Zoo Conversations—Giving Voices to the Animals, A Play” has been published!

zoo conversations

I am pleased to announce that “Zoo Conversations” has been published on amazon.com. In this short play, the lives of ten animals living in a zoo are explored, as well as the frustrations of the dedicated people working at zoos. “Zoo Conversations” is a play for young and old. It brings to light the challenges for those who care for the animals and the challenges for the animals themselves.

Here is the Shetland Pony’s tale:

The Shetland Pony

(The Shetland pony sticks out a leg where it can be seen, then draws it back. She peeks out and then hides. She walks in a big circle around the spotlight and then stands just out of the spotlight, but looking at the audience.)

SHETLAND PONY:  The food is here, right? Staying away is better for me, but I want to eat. I will talk to you, but only if you feed me. I prefer to be with my type and not with the animals that put heavy things on me and pull me.

I like to do things at my speed, fast or slow depending on how I feel. I feel different speeds when I am tired or hungry or with others.

When I am with others like me, I am as I should be. I run and I jump and I do what the others like me do. I am sure when I am with others like me.

I am not as I should be when the other animals put me in a place by myself. Why do they put me by myself? I am slow when I am by myself. When I am with the others, I am fast and comfortable. When I am with the others, I am sure.

Many animals sit on me. Sometimes, the animals that sit on me give me food. I like when they give me food. Some of the animals that sit on me are quiet and touch me with softness. I like them.

Some of the animals that sit on me are loud and pulling. I move away from them when I can. The animals that pull are not wanted. I am slow with them because they have strength and ropes.

(Pause)

The food is for me, right? I will eat it now.

(The Shetland pony enters the spotlight where the trough of food is located, lowers her head into the trough and eats. She then turns around, without looking at the audience, and walks out.)

Unfolding-To the Reader

Letting You into my journey–“Exploring Energy Guidance Complete, My Journey” is published!

cover for Exploring EGC

In Exploring Energy Guidance Complete, My Journey I describe my awakening to my connection with Spiritual Presence and to the wisdom of Energy Guidance Complete. In my journey towards personal balance and my work as a spiritual healer, I require facing many aspects of life, and these aspects are presented in the book because they have relevance for all people who seek well-being.

Here are snippets from the book:

  • From the topic “Willingness to Blossom”:

The willingness to blossom is not built in. It is a conscious decision that each person makes. It doesn’t mean succeeding; it means being open to succeeding. It means having a sense of purpose and making the purpose a priority.

  • From the topic “Life Uplifted”:

Here are my life-uplifting activities: Spiritual Presence awareness, writing about Spiritual Presence, connecting people to balance and healing,…dancing: with my dance-class women, at live music performances, during Energy Guidance Complete sessions, alone while listening to music that is lively or meaningful…watching my children evolve…caring for my garden, my home, other people…”

  • From the topic “Connecting to Curiosity and Fascination”:

When people connect to the environment, they ground themselves. When people connect to animals, they entertain themselves. When people connect to other people, they understand themselves.

  • From the topic”Not-difficulty in Life”:

“One can learn to positively understand one’s life by noticing the minor unencumbered moments and consciously remembering to let them leave a quiet, subtle impression. The accumulation of these positive and soft impressions raise and balance attitude.” Pond a Connected Existence reminds us to see the not-difficulty in the chapter “Moment”.

Noticing all the small successes and eases that accompany life bring gratitude and calmness. For most people, the small successes and eases far out-weigh the irritations and stumbling blocks. Focusing on how often things go right helps when things don’t. Remembering to feel appreciative when daily life runs smoothly helps create a kind and healthy person.

  • From the topic “My Journey”

Awareness of a new direction nudged me, and I began to write additional information I received. This information started as separate essays. After writing several essays, I understood that something larger was being written. These wisdom essays became the first volume in the “Existence-Me Elevated Living” book series. I understood that I would be writing a series of seven books.

The first one was especially exciting to write, for I was amazed at each word that materialized from my questioning. I learned to ask questions in a focused manner, and the words began to flow onto the computer.

(From the beginning of the topic) My path was not forced on me, but societal and family pressures led me to walk a route that was not my own. Growing up in a family that valued conformity and security led me to studies that weren’t appropriate for my natural talents, to suppression of my true desires for traveling and exploration, and to choice-making that was for someone other than me. I learned that being not-too-outspoken and not-too-ready-to-express-creative-thoughts elicited approval and admiration.

The magic pill

Post 106 personal resistance

I have been guiding people towards balance through Energy Guidance Complete. This work involves people making changes in their habits and in their choices. This approach requires a positive spirit and willingness to change.

When people apply the wisdom of Energy Guidance Complete, their symptoms abate and their goals become reachable.

Here’s the amazing aspect of my work–and by amazing I mean that I am shaking my head with disbelief–when presented with healing that requires a willing spirit and desire for health, too many choose to remain afflicted and floundering. Too many want me to say a magic sentence and all will be right for them. Too many want me to tell them a secret cure to fix all ails. Too many want to be well without changing a thing. Too many want to be svelte without putting down the fork and stuffing their mouths with worthless and damaging edible things that masquerade as food. Too many prefer to give their kids a pill rather than make them eat breakfast every morning. Too many want ease.

Promises of an easy life come from marketing blurbs and diet supplements. Real life requires investment in proper nutrition, adequate sleep, and daily exercise. And community service and time for friends.

The magic pill is loving oneself and living a life that exudes this love. This magic pill comes with the following instructions:

  1. Keep a positive attitude and complain less.
  2. Breathe more deeply and stand straighter.
  3. Acknowledge ability to be well and pursue wellness.

Energy Guidance Complete is spiritually guided healing that requires each person to invest in themselves. With spiritual guidance amazing changes can happen, but taking part by the individual causes the amazing changes to become reality.

Energy Guidance Complete on the move

Renee by olive tree

“Reaching potential happens every day a person interacts with others and with the environment (with plants, animals, and other natural inhabitants of the world) in a constructive and uplifting manner. Each day brings an opportunity to move up or down, to build or waste, and to affect or be affected. Each day is another step on the journey.”  from the chapter “The Journey” in “The Gift of Intuitive, Dedicated Comfort”.

I am happy to report that “interacting with others” is being extended when I return to the US to bring Energy Guidance Complete to more people. Meeting with people and helping them achieve balance is rewarding and is a mission I have been given. Talking about Energy Guidance Complete and sharing the wisdom of soulful living is reaching my potential.

“Soul choices require conviction and strength! Soul choices require willingness to risk and willingness to falter! Soul choices require heart and blood! Soul choices require taking a stand and doing what needs to be done—when it needs to be done and without complaint! Soul choices are not always easy to make, but they are the choices worth making.”  from “Exploring Energy Guidance Complete, My Journey”.

Really listening to one’s inner voice is not taught, and so people have to learn their own way. Energy Guidance Complete sessions help build the path.

I start in Los Angeles, which will be my base. I worked there last March, and was soulfully lifted being there. In LA, I wrote the book about the soul. I am excited to see what topics will flow through my fingers this time.

Conviction and strength and willingness to give Energy Guidance Complete to others. These purposeful supports are guiding my work!

The book about the soul is published!

Awaiting Light

Of all the books I have been privileged to create, this book, Awaiting Light—Understanding the Development of the Soul, is the most exciting.

It explains how our souls are formed, how we connect—or don’t connect—with our souls during our life, and the journey of the soul after death. I received each word from Spiritual Presence, and the process of the writing was an adventure!

This fascinating book is available for purchase at http://www.amazon.com/Awaiting-Light-Understanding-Development-Existence-Me/dp/1500504084/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1408265917&sr=8-1&keywords=awaiting+light  and through amazon.com’s Europe stores.

The information that is most fascinating to me is about the soul-façade, which is an interface between the soul and the body, and about free will when we are aware of our soulful definitions. The information about the soul after death is also amazing, and has affected how I feel when I am walking outside in nature.

Soul-color

Soul color

I am about to release the fifth book in the Existence-Me Elevated Living book series. It is called Awaiting Light—Understanding the Development of the Soul. Here are excerpts from the book:

“Soul-color forms the personality of the soul.  The soul has four attributes that combine to individualize each soul. The four soul-color attributes are shade, hue, contrast, and coloration.”

“The soul has color that determines personality characteristics, likes, dislikes, temperament, etc.  The soul-color comes from a collection of intangible attributes that can be likened to shade, hue, contrast, and coloration. Each soul-color attribute contributes to the color that defines each person’s soul.”

“The soul-color attribute is hue, and it is responsible for a person’s strong sense of liking or not liking something, tangible or intangible. The attachments focus a person because no one person can be interested in everything.”

“The soul instills personality traits that determine the passion that is felt when life is experienced and the conviction that rises up when opinions and thoughts are formulated. The soul-color attribute for personality range and depth is contrast.”

I am very excited to share this information!

Book #4 is done! Vitality!

9_5_new

Six months ago, I was inspired to feel the vitality that exists in my body. This happened at my dance class (a women’s free movement dance class) and I have been dancing that way ever since. I was also inspired to explore vitality in words, which led to the blog post: “The grandest energy with ever-changing possibilities”  https://energy-guidance-complete.com/2013/12/31/the-grandest-energy-with-ever-changing-possibilities/

At the same time, I understood that I would be writing a how-to book about living vitally. This book, Vitality! How to Create a Life That Is Healthy, is out and can be purchased on amazon.com.

As it says in the introductory chapter:

“This book is titled Vitality! because vitality is necessary to live a fulfilling and meaningful life. By living energetically, we are living as designed. People are not meant to be sluggish-crawlers. We are meant to be vibrant creators and observers.

Living energetically does not mean living at a frenetic pace all the time. It means living fully and filling life with moments of full attention and engagement. Being ready to attempt and to strive, being ready to attempt again and strive more.”

Attempting and striving are necessary for normal living. No life is meant to be carefree and worriless. Learning to invest time and effort into every day leads to life lived fully. Invest time into one’s time? Yes, time that passes without being used purposefully is time that is mourned. Perhaps not at that moment, but later in life.

From the chapter “Vitality! The Foods We Eat”:

“…Unless you live in an isolated area where little processed food reaches you, you will probably have trouble removing processed foods from your diet. Also, people might confront you for changing your attachment to processed foods. When confronted, remember to breathe with your entire being and know that you are nourishing your body the way it was meant to be nourished….

… The information about the foods to eat might seem complicated, but it is not once you have examined it thoroughly. The following steps are one way of digesting the information and using it:

  1. Review the food categories and portion guidelines so that the divisions seem clear and the portions are understand-able.

  2. From each category, select the foods you eat. Notice categories where you consume many of the options and categories where you consume few of the options.

  3. In the categories where you consume few of the options, review all the options and think about ways of incorporating more of those items into your meals.

  4. Think about the categories from which you consume more than the suggested portion. Eating this amount does not bring balanced health. Consider how to alter the amounts you eat from those categories.

  5. Besides planning your food, plan your eating experiences. Think about timing, location, table settings, variations according to mealtimes (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack), and company (people, music, non-person company such as an interesting book if you are alone, etc.)

Food is meant to be a pleasure and not a battle. We are meant to eat so that we can live. We are meant to eat nutritious foods so that we can live healthily. We are meant to desire nourishing foods, and so we can, if we reject processed and non-nutritious foods that suppress the desire for proper foods….”

A needed response. Help, please.

ocean and boat

When people ask me what I do, I hem and haw and devise an answer that I think will be acceptable for each particular person. My answers range from “Oh…well…I help people with various issues” to “I channel”. None of my answers describe what I really do. Sometimes people look at me askance and sometimes they are interested. Most times they respond with a lukewarm reply and then the conversation moves on.

I need help with the answer.

I’m turning to the people who have been reading my blog. Some of you have been reading for awhile, and I think you may have an understanding. Some of you have worked with me in private EGC sessions. And some of you are friends and family, who I have tried to explain about EGC with demonstrations and stories.

Here’s what I do:

I am a conduit for healing and balance. I receive information about people that can help them achieve connection. This connection can be to healing, to decisive actions, to personal truths, and to correction of learned behavior. When I work with people individually, they can achieve specific goals because the information I receive is their specific path to balance. When I write, the information applies to all.

sun on the water

The information I receive is not intuition, nor is it anything I learned; although, I have learned a good amount about nutrition and healing through natural methods. The knowledge I have helps me formulate the questions, but everything I tell people to do I check and only then give the information.

Regarding private sessions: there are too many aspects about a person for me to be able to know what they need. I ask each person very little and that is all I need to formulate questions for them.

Regarding the books and this blog: I feel direction (I’m not sure how), and then I formulate questions to receive the words.

The information comes from Spiritual Presence directly to me through the questioning process. I ask questions, receive answers, and then pass the information to the people who need it. In the books and in the blog, I receive each word. In private sessions, I receive messages to deliver and instructions for helping a person live—live more healthily, purposefully, and/or preparedly.

My connection is directly with Spiritual Presence, not with intermediaries. I have this connection because my soul definition was formed so that the spiritual connection is strong and direct. I had hints of this connection when I was younger, but ignored and denied it for many years. I opened to the connection two years ago, and have been helping people heal since then.

There are other people who help others in similar ways as me. Some are well known and some, like me, work without people understanding the significance of their work. I am pushed to share my connection, and so I am writing to all of you to explain the importance of Energy Guidance Complete and the importance of wisdom that comes through me.

How can I describe what I do in a sentence of two to a person who is not yet open to or aware of spiritual connection?

Wishing you vitality,

Renee

What is the purpose of this blog?

Should

Energy Guidance Complete is communication with people and with divine energy. Sometimes the communication is bidirectional—when work is done through private EGC sessions. Most times, the communication is unidirectional—only from divine energy—and the information is delivered through the blog posts and the books.

Some people have complained that the blog contains too many shoulds: “people should…”, “you should…”, “efforts should be made…”, etc. That is a true assessment of the blog. It does contain many shoulds because we all should be doing many things that we aren’t doing.

Here are quotes from the first book in the EGC book series that explain why we have responsibilities for our world and ourselves:

The Gift of Intuitive, Dedicated Comfort is presented to help the reader understand the expectations that come with the gift of life during this current time period. People who live during this time of plenty must appreciate what they have been given. They must accept the responsibilities that come with the comforts of modern life. No gift is free. No gift is without a gift in return. Our super-speedy, super-sophisticated society requires dedicated and persistent effort to ensure that the world does not give way under the weight of uncontrolled desires. Intuitively, we must live as if we understand that our lives are gifts to the world, that we are here to link ourselves with the rhythms of the world, that we are caregivers of others and of the creatures and natural elements of the world, that our presence brings betterment to the world, and that each step we take resonates with the knowledge of our responsibilities. Our goal is to know our way and to know ourselves.”

“People must live within the boundaries of Earthly living,…”

“People tend to believe they are superior to the other creatures on the Earth. This belief is false.”

“Nurturing ourselves is vital to our being. Finding ways to bring joy, love, movement, challenge, acceptance, patience, warmth, and balance should be pursued.”

Many people want to ignore their part in bringing about:

  • Pain to other creatures (through industrial meat/milk/egg farming that is cruel; through killing of animals for decorative items; through overfishing and overharvesting; through laboratory testing, etc.)
  • Destruction to environmental balance (overuse of disposable items; irresponsible use of transportation vehicles, building materials, and toxic materials; overly selective use of food resources and products for “enhancing” our bodies, etc.)
  • Inadequate communication among people (reliance on drugs rather than making changes; proliferating the use of smartphones among children; relying on electronic communication rather than face-to-face communication; closing off from others; not inviting others to visit or to help; etc.)
  • (Mistreatment of other people is not being addressed here although it is a large issue.)

Each and every person can make changes that impact the issues listed above. No one is above caring for the Earth and its creatures and vegetation—no matter how busy they are, no matter how much wealth or power they have.

Should we feel personally responsible? Yes. Should we make changes? Yes.

If you feel put-off by all the shoulds in this blog, that is because you have been convinced by others that should is a negative word. It is not a negative word, so let that idea go. It is a word that expresses instruction and direction towards purposeful living, when it is used correctly. When divine energy instructs us to be mindful of our uncaring ways, we must pause and consider the message, and then find the path towards caring existence.

What is the purpose of this blog? An opportunity to receive knowledge that can then be used to create balanced, purposeful, and satisfying lives!

An excerpt from Book #5: “Vitality! How to Create a Life that is Healthy”

Post 99-Book 5-VitalityI have finished the second draft of Book #5 and it is about to go to my editor.

I am interested in feedback from people who follow my blog. Would you please read the following excerpt from the Introduction and consider its tone:

“This book is titled Vitality! because vitality is necessary to live a fulfilling and meaningful life. By living energetically, a person is living as designed. People are not meant to be sluggish-crawlers. They are meant to be vibrant creators and observers. Living energetically does not mean living at a frenetic pace all the time. It means living fully and filling life with moments of full attention and engagement. Being ready to attempt and to strive, being ready to attempt again and strive more.”

In the excerpt, you can see elements of my writing on this blog. My main question is this: do you think the term sluggish-crawlers is too derogatory? It is the word I received (from Spiritual Presence), but it feels a bit unkind. What do you think? Is its descriptiveness needed to wake people up?

Feel free to add a comment to this post or to write me privately at Renee4Libra@gmail.com.

Thanks for your input!

Renee

Book #5 is almost done

Yesterday I posted that book #3 has been published. Now I’m letting you know that I’ve finished the first draft of book #5. What happened to book #4? Well,  I’ve written about 1/5 of it, but the material is difficult for me to understand from Spiritual Presence.

The way I write is that I ask what I’m supposed to write, and I receive Yes and No answers—through kinesiology muscle testing. I in essence am taking dictation, but I have to first ask what the words are. And I have to have an idea of what to ask. When I first started writing the healing handbooks, this process was not easy, but I’ve become used to it and can often flow with the words once I understand the topic. Book #4, titled Signals that Inspire and Intertwine—the Fifth Component of Health, is writing about something I know nothing about so my questions are not easy to formulate.

Post 99-Book5

I’ve jumped ahead to Book #5, which is a how-to book. Books #1-3 set out the wisdom of Energy Guidance Complete and Book #5 provides guidance and steps on how to live the wisdom. It’s title is Vitality!— How to Create a Life That is Healthy.

Here’s a peek:

From the chapter about the four components of health:

Breathing Into All Four Components

When you breathe, you do so much more than fill the lungs with oxygen. You fill the body and soul with life-giving force. Each day when you awaken, breathe deeply and remind yourself that your breathing adds oxygen to your lungs, adds hope to your emotional being, ignites your thinking abilities, and connects you to spiritual possibility.

From the chapter about nature’s creatures:

Things to Do to Relate to Creatures

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA

  • Visit humane zoos and petting zoos, and give them your monetary support.

  • If you have a pet at home, spend extra time observing your pet’s antics and behavior. Let yourself fall in love with your pet (if you haven’t already).

  • Volunteer at an animal shelter.

  • Research foundations that work with animals and donate money—and time when possible—to help them.

Things Not to Do to Creatures

  • If you “love” fur items, resist the temptation to buy them. The only people who should be wearing fur outerwear are people who live in extremely cold climates. Do not support fur as a fashion statement.

  • If you “love” animal skin items, resist the temptation to buy them. There are no people in the world who should be wearing them or decorating their houses or businesses with them.

  • If you “love” reptile skin items, resist the temptation to buy them. There are no people in the world who should be using them. Do not support reptile skins as a fashion statement.

  • If you “love” to hunt, only hunt animals for food, not for their decorative parts.

  • Eat less meat. See “Vitality! The Foods We Eat” on p. 12 for information about the amount of meat that should be eaten.

  • Resist eating meat and fish from endangered or nearing-endangered birds, animals, and fish. Take the time to learn the types of birds, animals, and fish that are endangered.

  • Don’t ignore the plight of endangered animals, animals and birds raised in industrial meat/milk/egg factories, mis-treated pets, and so on.

Third book published!

Cover-Oneself-Living

My third book, Oneself-Living, is published on amazon.com! With its publication, the trilogy of wisdom essays is complete. In honor of wisdom presented in the book, here are a few quotes:

From the chapter “Journey Markings”:

“…Journey markings [events that occur in each person’s life that leave indelible and consequential memories], chance encounters, input that influences, selected employment, and choices contribute to individual development. Journey markings are not the most influential force, but they do veer direction. Each person reacts to a journey marking in a specific-to-me manner, and this reaction is what causes the force of the remembered event to be an influence.”

From the chapter “Concrete Living”:

“…Planning: making plans, long-term or not, short-term or not–>concrete living.

Spontaneous actions: last-minute get-togethers or get-goings–>concrete living.

Laughing, smiling, wide-eyed appreciation, willingness to err–>concrete living.

Concrete living: living with gusto and with verve, with awareness of an ending and with awareness of possibility, with thankfulness and with generosity.”

From the chapter  “Picture Crooked”:

“…Picture crookedness is life in reality. Crooked smiles, crooked teeth, crooked noses, on and on. No need for photoshopping. Real life—in its imperfection and individuality. Life lived in truth, not in denial. Life lived in gulps, not in narrow sips. Life experienced widely, largely, encompassingly!”

From the chapter “1LOVE2TRUE-LOVE6LOVE”:

“…People can create loving relationships when they are motivated. A relationship that is mutually fulfilling results in the possibility of love, mult-petaled love. A relationship that is mutually invested results in love, multi-petaled love. Fulfillment and investment are required in a loving relationship. Love is a wanted, nourishing feeling that builds when the relationship reflectors create a positive, sustaining connection. “in”, not observing from afar; “available”, not holding back; loving, loved,…”

I am delighted to tell you that I now write for Healing.Answers.com

Post 23-concentration

In honor of my new writing venue,  Healing.Answers.com, I am sharing an excerpt from the article “The Importance of Delight”.

“Why is it important to delight in delight?

The more we let ourselves be moved by the joyous moments in life, the more balanced we are. Our bodies and souls require HAPPY for proper functioning. Even when life is difficult and challenging, finding delight in simple pleasures can affect the way in which we handle the challenges and low tides. Finding moments of un-joylessness, un-annoyance, and un-restlessness lead to balance and to meaningful existence.

“The Importance of Delight” is not only the title of this article, it is also a directive from Spiritual Presence about our lives. Life is not meant to be easy, but it is meant to be interesting. The more we find pleasure in the world, the more we can contribute and receive.”
